The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Make sure the BBQ is clean and knobs are all turned to "off" and the Propane valve is off. Return cover to grill. Do not add cover when the grill is hot.
Please leave all dirty towels and linen in the basket under the stairway or piled next to it. Please make sure to turn off the AC/Heater
Close and lock all windows and doors. Push the “Yale” or “padlock” on the electronic lock then pull handle to make sure door locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great stay- house is cute and has everything needed. Short drive to north entrance of Lassen. Host Matt had great recommendations for restaurants and was very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay!

It really was luxury camping and so nice being so close to the creek. The fishing was good and the people associated with the property we met on site were all very nice. Our grandsons enjoyed the subway caves and we also went to Manzanita Lake in Lassen Park. I hope to go there again.

Beautiful condo style cabin. Some of the best fishing right outside the door. Short walk to the Chevron mini mart and local restaurant.

Wonderful Retreat

We've stayed here a handful of times and always enjoyed our stay, but this time it seemed much more clean. We love being able to fish the creek whenever we want, only here we can relax on the grass or pop into the cabin whenever we like. It was great having the 2 cabins near each other, it felt very much like camping but with plentiful running water for showers and easy kitchen cooking. Thank you, Matt!

Peaceful weekend

This property is in a perfect location. We had a very comfortable stay in the cabin. It’s clean, cozy, and has everything you might need for a great stay. The creek is right outside the door for fishing. The entrance to Lassen is a short distance, along with Subway Caves and Burney Falls. There is a store very close by for any situations that may arise.
