The chef in your group is sure to enjoy preparing his/her best dishes in the fully equipped kitchen. It features a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, instapot, crockpot, glasses and silverware. You’ll have everything needed to enjoy memorable meals!
Prepare your meals on the spacious granite countertops and enjoy being around family at our beautiful dining table, which is right next to the kitchen.
Take comfort in knowing that our home is always exceptionally clean and that our beds are extremely comfortable. Our plush mattresses and soft linens always have our guests reaching out to find out where they can buy these for their own homes.
Enjoy the wrap-around decks offering fantastic views of the Smoky Mountains. The comfortable patio furniture ensures you have a place to unwind with a beverage of choice while enjoying the scenery. As an alternative you can choose to relax in the hot tub while counting the stars!

-There are no parties or events allowed.
-Please know all our properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking or vaping, of any kind, is not permitted inside. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our rental agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $1500.
-Pets are NOT permitted at this property any sign of pets will incur fees beginning at $500 per pet.
-Guests will be provided with starting amounts of coffee, toilet paper, soap, paper towels, a garbage bag, dish soap and a dishwasher pod. Guests will be responsible for providing their own after the initial amounts are gone.
-Pool pass must be returned to it's proper location by the front door by each guest upon departure. A lost pool pass will result in at $50 replacement fee charged to the guest.
-Please note that this property has a propane tank for the grill, but we do not refill/replace empty containers, nor do we reimburse for refills. There may be enough propane for your use from the previous guests, but if not, empty containers can be exchanged at gas stations, grocery stores, etc.
-Please note that COVID-related cancellations are no longer honored. If a positive COVID diagnosis or exposure to COVID prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will remain in force. Should a guest choose to cancel their reservation under these circumstances, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
