Welcome to Sea Rose! This 3-bedroom cottage will feel like home whether you're here for a peaceful fall escape, attending a wedding, or anything in between.

Tucked in the heart of Island Park — a charming Portsmouth, RI community lined with coastline, cafes, live music, bars, restaurants, marinas, gardens, and the friendliest neighbors around.

Fall here is something special — the crowds thin out, the light turns golden, and the island feels like it belongs to you.

Inside, it's bright and airy — an open living space made for gathering with bedrooms that each have their own vibe and water views. Everything you need to truly unwind.

Step outside and the magic really happens. Dine under the lit pergola, fire up the grill, or toss a few rounds of cornhole. As the sun goes down and the air turns crisp, pull up a chair and let the fire pit do the rest. Bring the pups too — the fenced yard is ready for them to roam.

Honestly you may not even want to leave. But you should — restaurants and live music are right outside your door. Hop on one of the bikes and explore the neighborhood as the leaves start to turn.

And when you're ready to explore a little further, fall on Aquidneck Island is truly something special. September brings the Newport International Boat Show, Newport Mansions Wine and Food Festival, and beloved Bristol Porchfest.

October follows with the Audrain Newport Concours and Motor Week, Bowen's Wharf Seafood Festival, Newport Vineyards Harvest Festival, and Halloween Trick or Treat at The Breakers.

But you don't need an event on the calendar to enjoy fall here. Newport is 20 minutes away, Bristol just over the bridge, and Warren a little further down the road — all worth the drive for the scenery, the food, and that unmistakable New England fall feeling.

What a cute little place! Totally clean and updated. We loved the backyard which is totally private. Went to the sunset Café down the street quite a few times.

This was a great modern property that was extremely clean and family/dog friendly. You can tell the owners have paid great attention to detail, including fresh flowers, to make it a great stay for guests. It was walkable to restaurants and an easy drive to all our favorite coastal towns. It was easy to find and had all the amenities we needed for a long weekend getaway. Being at the beach, if you’re going to be there more than a long weekend it would be a good idea to pack some extra clothes and towels until this cozy cute new property has a washer and dryer up and running. The rear yard is not fully fenced so that you do have a water view in the back over a hedge row. If your dogs are escape artists, you’ll want to make sure to bring a lead. We had a great stay and recommend it!

Sea Rose is a beautiful and thoughtfully maintained home. It has a lovely backyard area with fire pit, swings and eating area. There is a well stocked shed with bikes, beach chairs, corn hole, and more. We really appreciated the little touches like beach towels, side shelves by all the beds to plug in phones and even coffee and creamer! The kitchen was well stocked with pans, knives and utensils and the bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with makeup wipes and built in pumps of shampoo etc. We also enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and smaller beaches.

Nice spot and very close to the water. The owner was very friendly and responsive, and the place itself was very clean and well maintained.Unfortunately, the parking situation was extremely inadequate. It was listed as having two parking spaces, but realistically, it was only one usable space.The air conditioning also did not work very well. The main room was comfortable, but the bedrooms were quite stuffy, and the windows did not open to allow for any airflow.Overall, the location was great, the owner was wonderful, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the unit seemed extremely overpriced for what you actually get. With the limited parking, poor air conditioning, and lack of ventilation, I don’t feel the value matched the price.

Parking of 1-2 vehicles depending on size and the fixed loft window are both noted. This is the first time we have had anyone mention feeling the air conditioning was inadequate — based on your experience we have updated the listing to note that the mini-split is located in the main living space and have scheduled a maintenance inspection.
