Unique home located in Concord, 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bathroom. Master Suite is located on first floor with large bathroom and walk-in closet. Second Master bedroom upstairs with full bathroom, walk-in closets, and ceiling fans in each room. Additional Loft Bedroom with 2 twin beds on second floor ideal for children. Kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and serving with a bar and 4 barstools. Dining area / Great Room, has fireplace and TV, as well as access to outside patio area and gas grill. Sits on an acre and a half and is very private. Suited for 4 adults/2 children.

All furnishings and decor are in 'Tommy Bahama' theme, from the large palm tree in front of the house to the smallest detail inside. It is a beautiful vacation retreat, and is nestled in tree filled area with large grassed field in front of home for volleyball, games, etc.

Extended Stay

We stayed in the property for just over four months as we sold our house then readied to move out of the area. This was a great house for this purpose. Roomy and well equipped it felt like a home away from home. Check-in was very easy. Kitchen was especially well equipped for cooking at home in a daily basis with a really pantry storage. Carol is an amazing host, easy to contact and very quick to respond to issues( just minor ones). We would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I purchased this entire parcel in 2000 and following a dream that my husband had of building a unique 'Village' of rental properties reflective of the San Francisco 'Painted Ladies' we now have a beautiful combination of townhomes and single family homes, all yellow with window boxes on the property. Then ,a few years ago, we added this beautiful home on the back of the property with the idea of creating a fully furnished and beautifully decorated, ready to move into, home for short term rental.

Why they chose this property

We decided to build this home as a rental property to fill a need we saw in the market for Executive Rental property which is fully furnished and decorated, to appeal to vacationers coming to the Charlotte area, to Grandparents from out of state coming for a week or month, and for people transitioning to the area who need an alternative to staying in a motel.

What makes this property unique

While staying in this home you will enjoy the convenience of staying in a quiet area that is close to shopping, restaurants, the Speedway, and quick access to Charlotte; as well as Concord and Harrisburg, with wonderful restaurants, village shops, playhouse theatre, and historic district.
