About this property

The Spiral Cottage

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful and unique place. You will be amazed by the stunning solid oak spiral staircase in the living room. Relax and put a record on or enjoy the smart TV. It includes the Discovery+ family of channels (HGTV, Magnolia, Food, History, Animal Planet ect...). Centrally located, you are close to ISU and Deming park.

The first bedroom is on the main floor. It has a queen bed and a smart TV.

The bathroom is on the main floor and is attached to the bedroom. You do have to walk through the bedroom to access the bathroom.

The second bedroom is in the loft. It is accessed by the spiral staircase. It has a queen bed that is at floor level. The space includes a selection of childrens books and a reading area. The loft space has a lower/sloped ceiling and may not be suitable for taller guests.

The living room has a sleeper sofa. The back lays down to become a bed. The bedding is located in the chest. If you fold the couch down please put down the support legs located on the back of the couch behind the zipper. The room also has a smart TV and a record player.

You will find a fully equipped Kitchen that features a stainless refrigerator, stove, and microwave. A single serve coffee maker with a milk frother sits on the gorgeous wood countertop, enjoy a quiet morning at the cute corner dinette area while sipping on your morning latte!
A selection of tea and coffee are provided.

The houses is 600 square feet, But was designed with comfort and functionality in mind to give our guests a wonderful stay!

There is one security camera on the property. It is located outside the back door.

We had a great stay at the cottage during a quick visit to Terre Haute. Quiet place to rest with everything you need readily available. Excellent condition and the bed was very comfortable. Centrally located to ISU and Rose. Highly recommend and plan to stay again

The temperature was a little tricky. The main floor bedroom stayed pretty warm but cooled off quickly with the door open.The kitchen was awesome and had new pots/pans. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
