This split-level is located in the heart of south Fargo on a quiet street within 3 blocks of a gym, a disc golf course and a HUGE park that includes outdoor pickle ball courts. The fenced in back yard is complete with a big deck, a fire ring and hammock posts to hang 3 hammocks.
