Recently updated with new flooring, windows and furniture. Lots of building amenities too including oceanfront pool, hot tub, exercise room, secure parking and more. This is an iconic 29-story building with a full restaurant on the top floor. This is a great spot for your next vacation! ** Please note: There is only one elevator in operation at this time. It can be slow depending on building occupancy. Hot tub is currently closed - please ask for update **
