About this property

Beaver Run is one of the most sought-after destinations here in Breckenridge. It's located at the base of Peak 9. The Beaver Run SuperChair is right behind the building. After a day full of activities, relax in the heated pool and hot tub or enjoy some of the best amenities in town. The historic Main Street, with great restaurants and little shops, is just about four blocks away, but if you don't feel like walking, just take our free private shuttle.

You will be staying in a spacious, modern condo with a balcony - you can see skiers going down the slopes, a lift, and Baldy Mountain in the background. There is a full kitchen, a nice dining table, large TV with live channels, and a wood-burning fireplace. In the bedroom, there are two queen beds and a wall-mounted TV. The bathroom features a bathtub-shower combo.

On-site amenities include two heated pools, eight hot tubs, sauna, steam room, pool table, grills, tennis court, fitness center, full service spa, slope side ski lockers, arcades, business center, and free shuttle service.

There is no need for a car, but if you are planning to drive, paid parking for one car is available. It's an additional fee you would pay directly to Beaver Run during check-in.

The crackling wood burning fireplace can be one of the highlights of your stay.

Great Condo!

I was just in town for a quick ski weekend. The condo was perfect and couldn’t be closer to the lift. Had everything I needed and town was a quick walk down the hill. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenience

The location of the property doesn't get any better as we were able to ski down unclip and store our gear for the evening. Locker can get a bit crowded but we made it work. Additionally, we ordered a Food Delivery service which the Front Desk was able to handle getting them into the unit while we were on the slopes. Daniel responded right away and was able to give us a few extra hours to checkout which gave us some breathing room to take in some morning runs before departing. The building has fabulous ammentities which we used many like the Hot Tubs, Sauna, Workout Room, Shuttle Service to town and even a Starbucks. We had a great time.

Breck ski trip

Amazing condo, clean and right in the middle of the action on peak 9. Absolutely beautiful views from the deck. Everything you would need is provided in the room!

Great location and beautiful condo

This condo was perfect for our family of four. Beaver Run is super convenient for skiing. The condo was clean, modern and well stocked. The management team was welcoming and extremely responsive.
