The view was awesome. The condo was clean and well stocked. The beach decor was very nice. It was nice to have beach chairs reserved every day.

The room was beautiful. The check in was an easy process and the view was out of this world gorgeous. We had no issues at all, and this is definitely one of our favorite places to stay. Hopefully we will be able to book this condo again in the near future.

Great property 803 was everything as described. Very clean and cozy. Kitchen area has everything you need to cook a meal. Bathroom has at least 2 days of toilet paper and Bathtowels and hand towel are provided. Nice size TVs in each room. Beds are nice king size and comfortable. Nice view of the beach from the balcony Suggestions just bring your items you will need while staying there such as beach essentials, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, dish washer pods, hand soap. If you forget those items Walmart is walking distance. Definitely will stay at the property again.

We were very disappointed with the condition of this condo. It was not cleaned to an acceptable standard—the floors, doors, and baseboards were dirty, there were fingerprints on the walls, and pillows had been left on the closet floor. The master bedroom light continuously flickered, and the air conditioning did not work properly.While management did provide portable air conditioning units for both bedrooms, one completely blocked access to the balcony door. The balcony was one of the primary reasons we chose this condo, so losing access to it significantly impacted our stay.Overall, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance issues, and inconvenience made this a disappointing experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property in its current condition.

Great condo overall

Great place overall. Only complaint would be they skimped on bedding/mattresses. For example only two flat pillows on king bed.. the couple extras in closet weren’t appealing so we ended up buying pillows the second day. Mattresses were cheap but not the worst.. Just looking for that hotel feel and it missed the mark. Loved the balcony set up and beach service! Building was quiet, elevators fast. Lots of parking across the street. Checking in and out was easy. Communication great. First time staying on this end, much quieter than pier park area. Would stay again for the price.
