This spacious 1,033 sq ft condo sleeps six guests and features a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washing machine/dryer, and two full bathrooms for ultimate convenience. Dive into resort living with access to heated community pools, hot tub, fitness room, and community BBQ area, plus complimentary beach gear including chairs, boogie boards, and umbrella for instant ocean adventures. Located near pristine beaches with opportunities for snorkelling, whale watching, and world-class golf, this villa is your perfect base for exploring Hawaii's best attractions while enjoying free WiFi and reserved parking throughout your stay.

PLEASE NOTE: The Fairway Villas at Waikoloa will be undergoing exterior painting from September 2026 through November 2027. Building G is scheduled for June 9-July 10, 2027. This project should be a reasonably unobtrusive project and not affect guest stays.

PARKING: Parking for one car in a reserved parking spot.  Only one car allowed for overnight parking with this holiday rental.  Oversized or commercial vehicles are not allowed.  
HOT TUB: Per the HOA rules at Waikoloa Fairway Villas, children under the age of 12 are not allowed in or around the spa/hot tub area.
NON SMOKING: This holiday rental is a smoke and vape free property. No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises
PET POLICY: Pets not allowed
BABY EQUIPMENT: Due to safety/sanitation/liability we do not provide baby equipment. Please reach out for references to a local company that rents, delivers and choices up baby equipment.
START UP SUPPLIES PROVIDED: laundry detergent, rubbish bags, kitchen sponge, liquid soap, dishwasher liquid, paper towels, toilet paper, conditioning shampoo, small bar soap, all-purpose cleaner and salt/pepper. Cooking oils, condiments, spices, food storage bags, cling film and aluminium foil are not provided. Once the startup supply runs out, guests can restock at nearby supermarkets.

Nice condo in a convenient location, close to shops/restaurants and A Bay. Comfy bed. Ice maker in the fridge to keep drinks cool. The beach supplies were very helpful. We saw the occasional dead bug in the unit, but that's expected in a tropical place; otherwise very clean. Overall, a great place if you want to stay in Waikoloa area.

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and had all the amenities to feel like home. The beds were very comfortable, we slept great each night! The property was beautifully maintained and a great location. We were able to walk to the beach every morning which was amazing! Would definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends/family! Shaded Spot. The location of this condo prevents sun beating into the unit, keeping it cool and comfortable. Also liked that this place comes with a reserved parking spot - much better than having to scramble for a visitor spot. Well appointed kitchen complete with automatic ice maker was also a plus!

The unit was well equipped and was everything is was advertised to be. We have stayed at nearly every one of the complexes at Waikoloa beach resort through out the years and this one was one of our favorites. It is so close to shops and restaurants that we could walk there any time to enjoy a coffee, a meal or grab some groceries. The temperature of the pool was perfect and the complex was clean and well manicured.

February Visit

This is one of the nicest Waikoloa Beach properties. We have stayed in a number of apartments here, including others in Fairway Villas. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and in a great location for the shops and beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the beach gear served us well for several visits to Hapuna Beach. Overall a great experience.
