You can watch the tee offs of the golf course from the lanai of the condo. You can watch the putting practice area from the patio too. There is an easy lift to the front door very close by!

There is a rental hut at the Abay Beach across the street which rents kayaks, boat snorkel excursions, glass bottom boat, etc.
