The Ruby Suite - Charming Historic Avenues`s Apt
Located walking distance from the heart of downtown, the Ruby Suite includes a dedicated workspace, computer monitor, fast WiFi, a stocked kitchen and windows that bring in tons of light into the living space. To set guest expectations, the private bathroom for the suite is detached and a few feet down the hall. Being downtown, you`ll have your choice of the best eateries in UT, and you`re only 40 mins from Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, 40 mins from Park City, an 10 mins from the airport.
The Red Cabin Room is located on the second floor and faces the mountains with a beautiful view to wake up to. Please note, the private bathroom for the room is detached and is a few steps down the hall. Pets are allowed for a fee of $10 per night.
The entire apartment.
No parties or events.
No extra guests.
No smoking. Guests will be charged the whole security deposit if they smoke in the house.

Comfy studio, great SLC location
This was a cozy studio/1 BR complete with a bedroom, living area, and kitchen. It was perfect for a pre-work event getaway in SLC.
The bed was comfy. The living room is sunny, and you can see the mountains. Drew's team helped answer questions. The bathroom (down the hall) had many amenities - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fluffy towels, hair dryer). The wifi was fast and reliable. I was able to work and do video calls.
Not cons, but of note:
The bathroom is down the hall. It is private to this listing, but you may run into others on your way.
There are multiple units in the home. The front door was not always fully closed when I arrived.
This is an older home. Three prong outlets were only available in the kitchen and bathroom.
The TV is not connected to an antenna. It is a smart TV, and if you have sign-ins to streaming channels, you can watch those available. You can not add additional streaming channels.
Dishes are limited. There was only one coffee mug and no large bowls if you needed to mix something.
