Welcome to our private luxury retreat built in 1979. A gorgeous and unique multi-level brick house with large rooms including a greatroom with original pink marble fireplace, bar, reading and dinning areas.
The oversized kitchen enables your entire family or friends to enjoy each other's company all while cooking together.
Master bedroom includes a workspace and large private bathroom which includes a standing shower with sauna and a jetted tub. Also this bedroom has its own access to a spacious balcony overlooking a creek and the San Felasco Nature Reserve. The balcony has access to the greatroom and also to the kitchen/living room area.
Spacious theater/entertainment room allows you to enjoy movies in the comfort of your own home.
Enjoy the wild life crossing the property to the nature reserve on a daily basis.
