Welcome to Melodie home. Your perfect dreamy holiday place, where your o family will be able to enjoy and relax in a stylish but cozy environment.
Melodie Home Menorca is a newly renovated 5 bedroom villa only 400m (5min walk) from the stunning Sa caleta Beach and 1.5km from the center of Ciutadella de Menorca.
Plenty of other gorgeous beaches are within minutes from the house. Cala Santandria is 1km away and Cala Blanca is 3km away.
Mahon airport is 45km from Melodie Home.
An exclusive place to meet family or friends. Completely renovated and expanded in 2022, the villa has the capacity to host people in the greatest comfort. The covered terrace and its table makes it able to enjoy al fresco dining even in the hottest menorcan days. The pool without chlorine and its fence ( 100€ upon request) will create a complete safety environment for the little ones while adults can enjoy our sun beds. The slightly salty pool benefits from an automatic electrolysis treatment to eliminate the use of chlorine and make swimming healthy and skin friendly.
The kitchen is equipped with a remineralized reverse osmosis water supply to offer drinking water to our guests and to limit the purchase of bottled water.
Finally, the entire villa is air-conditioned.
The villa offers an open space living room kitchen and dining room to feel comfortable with the entire family. We offer a cozy kids room with toys and books as well as a travel cot and extra single bed. High chair and booster seat are also available to make meal time more comfortable for the little ones.
Fully equipped kitchen, Nesspreso coffee machine and milk frother , air fryer, kettle, wine glasses, wine fridge among other items will make you feel like at home.

Mother of 2 sweet boys, married with an Australian citizen, we love the nature and beach lifestyle, good food and local products. You will find all this in Menorca.
We fall in love with Menorca in 2017 and we knew we wanted to enjoy the island as much as possible ( we lived 2020-2021 fully there, while at the moment any excuse is good to travel and enjoy Melodie Home with our families and friends)

Why they chose this property
When we purchased our property we looked for a place that has a unique energy and makes you feel like at home immediately. After we fully renovated our villa, we made sure to keep the authenticity of it, with the greatest comfort and style. Our garden is dreamy, and the pool is a fun place to be for both adults and kids. We needed to make sure our villa is walking distance to a great beach and Sa Caleta is such a cozy "cala" with turquoise water. As well, we love to bike or drive (2min) to the city to enjoy the best restaurants and bars, walks in the historical village or along the port.
What makes this property unique
The villa is located walking distance to the beach and only 1.5km from the centre of Ciutadella, that offers a beautiful old village full of restaurants with the best local food you can find on the island.
Andreea, the host, will be in touch with the guests to offer the required help during their stay, providing recommendations and tips on Menorca island such as restaurants, attractions, best beaches to visit etc. as well as any help needed to make sure Melodie Home will make their holiday memorable.
