Tiny Home - Close to Weber State, Hill AFB, McKay Dee Hospital

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This tiny home has all the amenities and comfortably sleeps two people. It is conveniently located minutes from Weber State University and McKay-Dee Hospital. The area has numerous ski resorts (Powder Mountain, Snowbasin Resort, Allen Peak, Strawberry Peak, to name a few), hundreds of miles of hiking trails, lakes, and tons of great restaurants! The area is gorgeous anytime of year, with mountain ranges always in sight.

Please review all photos of the tiny home. The beds are in the loft area, there are two twin size beds. The beds are separate. The living room area has a small couch that can pull out flat to lay on. There is a TV in the loft area and one downstairs in the living area.

We only used the property to sleep and shower at. This served our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the loft TV for an episode before bed too. Denise was friendly and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again for the same purpose. It felt safe and private.

Perfect Little Home

The tiny house is appropriately named but has everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. I enjoyed having the fridge and being able to cook for myself. It was nice to have my own space and have a lower cost than a hotel. Would love to stay again!

I chose this neighborhood in South Ogden because it is a prime location for many reasons. It is centrally located to Weber State University, Hill AFB, McKay Dee Hospital, it is also minutes to tons of restaurants and shopping. The outdoor activities are endless, any season of the year!

What makes this property unique

The property is not only centrally located, it is also on a quiet cul-de-sac and it backs up to a golf course. The property has a main home, and in the back has a tiny home. Both are rented out separately.
