Stayed here 1 night with my husband, infant son and sister and it was a nice cozy stay. Check in was easy and the property was very clean. My husband loved the hot tub after a long day in Yellowstone.
Yellowstone stay 20 mins to west Yellowstone entrance
Overall it was an affordable place to stay. It worked out well for our family to sleep while we explored Yellowstone. The drive was not a big deal for us since we are from Southern California and used to driving everywhere ;)
There’s a gas station, grocery store and restaurants conveniently located near the cabin.
We used this cabin for our trip to Yellowstone.
Everything is true to the information provided in the rental.
Comfortable cabin, clear instructions, prompt communication and convenient for our trip.
Check in was a breeze. I did have an issue with dirty linens but i messaged the guy and he took care of it right away, so communication was excellent. I loved the cabin feel. I stayed with my family. In the room there was an opening where the water heater was located. So its not necessarily curious baby/toddler friendly. Just fyi for those of you staying with small kids. But we really enjoyed our stay!

No air conditioning!
Ad says heating and cooling. Their idea of cooling was a box fan. We sweated until the sun went down.
This cabin was exactly what we needed for our trip to Yellowstone. The cabin and bathroom were spacious, clean, and stocked with essentials like soap, travel shampoo, towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. Everything was very clean and cozy when we got there. The hot tub was lovely; we used it every night with no issues. The beds were comfortable and warm and the TV was convenient for watching movies using an HDMI cord.
The owner was communicative even though Vrbo had some payment confusion on their end. The check-in and out processes were painless and we didn't have to even see the owner, just pick up and drop off the key from a locked box.
The heater worked well and we were never uncomfortable, and I saw there was a fan that could be used in the summer. The location was convenient; just a 25 min drive from West Yellowstone.
We had a fantastic trip thanks to this cabin!

No AC no room service
We decided to drive straight to Yellowstone NP the 1st day so we didn’t get to our cabin until around 10:30pm. Imagine our surprise when we realized someone was already in our cabin! Cell reception was not great but luckily we got through to the management company. Luckily there was another empty cabin they had us stay in but didn’t give us the code to the key box. After several frustrating moments, we figured out their lock box code system. While Island Park doesn’t get too hot, it was still around 85’ and unless you leave the windows open in your cabin and risk the security of your personal items, our cabin was stifling by the time we would get back to it later in the evening giving us no choice but to open all the windows. The quiet hours are not enforced & if you’re lucky enough to get cabin #6, you’re right in front of the hot tub. During our stay, three nights in a row, a group of kids would get into the hot tub and talk and laugh until around 11pm, making it extremely difficult to get any sleep until after they left.
I guess I just assumed it would have AC especially with the price you pay for staying here. They didn’t even have a fan in the room.
Room service never came. I believe they will if you call and ask for it.
The Cabins were clean. Beds were very comfortable.
