Fee is $50 flat resort fee for guests when they register which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30. Motorcycle parking passes are $15.

The condo is well appointed with everything you may need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to enjoy a home cooked meal after a long day at the beach. Soak in the breeze from the privacy of your own balcony overlooking the Gulf!
The Master bedroom has a King bed with a private en suite bathroom, double sink vanity with upgraded granite countertops and plenty of space.
The bunk area is located in the hallway and has its own bathroom.
The open living room is very spacious and perfectly set up for everyone to gather round and connect during vacationing in PCB and create the perfect memories for years to come!

NOTE: $30 fee per vehicle (up to 2 vehicles per unit) is due at the property for parking pass, all wrist bands tgat give access to all amenities are complimentary.

CHECK IN TIMES: Check in time is after 4:30 pm, due to extremely long waits at the elevators or traffic , housekeeping teams are trying to service all units as fast as possible, but please note that there may be delays on busy days. Please, take that into consideration before booking and be patient if they are still working in your unit. Over 98% of units are ready for arrival at 4:30. No refunds will be given due to delays caused by these factors.

AMENITIES: There will be starter package provided of paper products and consumables only to last for the first day or so. Please, take this into consideration when you do your grocery shopping!

Fall Break

We have stayed many places in PCB and this was our favorite place. We will definitely book again. The Grand Panama was perfect. Just steps to the beach, pet friendly and very clean.

Family Vaccination

Although our stay was short, but enjoyed every moment. The location was perfect, close to everything, pet friendly (love it!). The cleanliness of the property can be better, but I’m not complaining. Overall we had a great time!

Our stay at this location was awesome. Everything that we needed was nearby. The unit we stayed in was very clean and had all we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was a fishing puer with in walking distance. ThNk You for an awesome stay.

Spring break

It was the perfect spot for us. Clean, and close to everything. The host was great!!! Answered all questions we had. The pool was nice at both locations. Beach was just across the street. You can take the sky bridge over and was way faster. Our dog was there as well, and he had a place to walk and use the restroom. We will def book again. Thx

If cleanliness important beware

Great location and loved that could take our little dog. Grand Panama is great resort with wonderful pools. Cleanliness of unit only problem with dirty sheets on beds when arrived, dirty baseboards, dirty floor and dust. Washed sheets and mopped the first night and after that all was good. Owner did offer to send housekeeping to wash linens however they were already done at that point. Recommend unit if new cleaning service utilized.

PCB Vacation

The condo I rented was filled with roaches. The owners of the condo need a pest control contract for routine service. All food items had to be placed in the refrigerator or the roaches would crawl into them. It was a gross experience.

Nightmare in January

Love the property Grand Panama was a great location, check in very easy, heated pool and hot tub great right in beach . The terrible was the condo we rented not very clean I had to clean everything from sheets to dishes because you’re just not comfortable using them. We weee given the wrong door lock instructions to open it then had many issues with the lock. Heat didn’t work in condo contacted owner of the condo and she told me to go to Walmart and buy a space heater. I refused and told them to get someone here ASAP. 36 hrs later they came and fixed it it was never connected. No deadbolt on door lock it was broken, furniture was old light over microwave didn’t work, dusty smell under bunk beds. Needless to say we made the best of it but stay away from this condo. I would stay there again but different unit.

Unsanitary concerns throughout the unit

From the minute we arrived ,I knew this was not where I wanted my family to stay for five days. The photos make the condo look beautiful but in fact it had several unsanitary conditions, I tried for the first three days to get moved to another unit to no avail, every email from this rental company was vague and never answered my request, and kept referring to my housekeeping concerns. I have multiple photos of just how run down this unit is. I would not suggest this unit to anyone unit the hygiene concerns regarding the sofa and loveseats are removed. I am more than happy to post the photos so other customers can see what the unit looks like as of May 25, 2025 . I intend to reach out to the Grand Panama board members today regarding these issues of this rental company.

Vacationers Beware! Cockroaches!!

I was very excited about this rental until the first night. I woke up around 12 midnight to the most disturbing sight, cockroaches crawling all over the kitchen and living room/dining room floor! Cockroaches of all sizes, some would crawl up the walls! I made a complaint with the property management company. The only response I received was they would contact someone to spray. I expressed my concerns as I had my two small dogs with me. No sense of responsibility whatsoever! After that, I did not receive a follow up on the issue during the stay. I contacted VRBO directly about this issue and believe the rental should be taken off the site due to health concerns for future vacationers.
