Great Beach location, just be careful during hurricane season

Location is great, right across the street to Siesta Key Beach. Everything in the apartment works fine. Pretty much all the amenities you would like. However, I would definitely be hesitant to book during hurricane season ever again. We lost 3 out of 5 days of our vacation due to a tropical storm and flooding. The parking lot flooded, the road leaving the parking lot was flooding and multiple vehicles were stranded due to being overtaken by the water in the road. This was all only due to a tropical storm. If we do return it would definitely be outside of hurricane season
