THE BEACH IS CALLING AND I MUST GO!!

Elevate your Siesta Key experience with breath-taking Gulf views as far as your eyes can see from the comfort of your beautifully furnished condo. We invite you to come stay with us in the Crescent Arms South Tower (601S) located directly on the #1 famous Crescent Beach.

This condo is a FULL GULF FRONT. You can view the water/beach from every room in the condo! Step out onto the lanai from both bedrooms as well as from the living/dining area. Enjoy the beach from sun up ‘til sundown with activities like walking, swimming, running, sunning, volleyball, kayaking, boating, fishing, and snorkeling.

When you have had enough sun, surf, and sand, then come inside and relax with your favorite beverage, and watch the breathtaking sunset from your fully screened lanai.

The kitchen has granite countertops and is fully furnished. There are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a KING size bed and the guest room has TWO FULL beds. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom and free WIFI access. All linens and beach towels are supplied.

Location was perfect…walking distance to a few great restaurants and a few minutes drive to many others. Beach was beautiful and so very clean! Property owner easy to teach and communicate with. Right on beach with great view of Gulf and sunsets. Decent furnishings and plenty of room for 4 (we were party of 3). Didn’t use pool with convenience of beach. Building a bit dated but unit just fine. Walking distance to a couple bar & grills. Village bars & restaurants a shuttle ride away. Washer & dryer (2.50/load each) were in separate room next to elevator and worked well. We had a good March week in FL.

Beautiful view

Looking out from the enclosed balcony is the Gulf of Mexico and a view of the siesta key beaches. Great view of the most spectacular sunsets and the sound of the wave. We have stayed there twice so far. The owner is really easy to work with also. Highly recommend!

The condo was beautiful with the most amazing views of the ocean. We will definitely be back! My husband and I brought four teenagers and they loved the area, easy to walk to get food, icecream and shopping.

Beautiful condo. Breathtaking view. So convenient to the little market and restaurants. We used the trolley to go to restaurants further from the condo. Walking to the beach and the pool was a breeze. We were all so happy

We vacationed at Siesta Key 1976 and 'fell in love' with the 'powdery white' sandy beach. The sounds and sights of the gulf were so inviting, that we decided we wanted to own a piece of paradise. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have and that you will create your own memories.
