Perfect for family reunions & groups traveling together! This duplex home has a completely private 2 bed/1 bath top and 2 bed/2 bath bottom unit & a brand new 2022 outdoor area with a hot tub, games, and outdoor living! It boats two Level 2 EV chargers perfect for electric vehicles. This space is a vibrant 1950s era Rehoboth home renovated to showcase the local area. Our neighborhood is quiet and a little hidden! We provide clear directions. Each unit also has individual listings if interested.
We love our Rehoboth Beach home because it is so close to everything and uniquely special for families traveling together. Whether you’re in town for a shopping weekend or the beach, we have you covered. Our home is located just .5 miles to the outlet shopping centers and just a quick 3.7 mile jaunt to the beach. During the holiday season we are also just 1.5 miles from Schellville Village which is awesome for the whole family! Just a couple miles across the highway from our home is a parking lot for bike trails access too!
- Brand new awesome outdoor space with an outdoor shower, hot tub, outdoor dining, outdoor games, and a fire pit. So much fun for families and groups.
- Parking for four vehicles with two EV Level 2 charging stations.
- Four total bedrooms each with a queen memory foam mattress.
- 3 total full bathrooms
- 2 fully stocked kitchens with spices.
- 2 thoughtfully decorated living rooms
- Beach chairs and an umbrellas provided (we do not provide beach towels).
- We allow up to two dogs. Owners are ultimately responsible for their pets. See house rules for more info.
Guests have full private access to everything!
Our home is in a private neighborhood right off Route 1 and is right next to many amenities like the outlet shopping centers, across the highway from bike trail access, and within 2 miles of many grocery stores and restaurants. Some restaurants and bars like the Coastal Taproom are walkable! The beach is only a quick 3.7 miles down Route 1. During the holiday season, we are also just 1.5 miles to Schellville Village which is awesome for the whole family!
We have a gravel front parking lot with 2 Level 2 EV charging stations. We can fit up to 4 total vehicles. Getting to our home when returning from the beach (or further south) can be a little tricky due to the city blocking off direct access to our neighborhood. Making a U-turn on John Williams Highway in order to make a right into our neighborhood is required. It’s super easy, but adds 1-2 minutes to the drive.
This listing is for the entire two-unit home which is awesome for groups and family reunions. The units can also be rented individually and often book quickly during peak season. If you are interested in our individual listings, message us for questions!
-We request guests are at least 25 years of age to book. We do sometimes make exceptions.
-We allow up to two dogs. Please don’t leave pets unattended to avoid destructive behaviors or barking as pets sometimes don’t behave the same in a new environment as they do at home. By staying with us, guests agree that they ultimately assume all responsibility for their pets and any damage caused and will not hold hosts liable in any way. No cats and no puppies. Please leash and pick up after them outside and keep them off of furniture. Fur is challenging for our cleaners to remove from sheets/furniture and we make every effort to avoid collecting pet fees because we understand fees add up!
- Please list every overnight guest on the reservation. We do not charge per person, but like to know how many will be staying with us for cleaning purposes.
- Quiet hours for our neighbors are after 10:00 pm.
- Please do not allow children to play with or draw on the chalkboard downstairs. It is made from painted glass and could shatter.
-Hot tub use: By booking our home guests agree that hot tub use is at their own risk. Please use our outdoor shower before entering. It is always important to consult a physician with any condition or illness. It is not recommended to consume alcohol or medication with hot tub use. We do not recommend children use the hot tub, but if parents decide that they can they must be supervised. Lastly, now that the important stuff is out of the way: have fun! We provide silicon cups for the hot tub.
- Please try to return items to the unit they came from.
