Comfort and Convenient House in Rehoboth Beach

Welcome to the lovely community of Arbor-Lyn! Arbor-Lyn is perfectly placed just minutes away from all that Rehoboth and Lewes have to offer. Travel like a local and enjoy easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores and shopping without ever going on any major roads.

Our home is newly build in 2022; clean, smoke free and pet/ child friendly. Brand new furniture and appliances and Swimming Pool/clubhouse in the community just two minutes walk!

Our Space:

Kitchen- There is kitchen and all of the cooking conveniences you should expect; clean appliances, quality pots and pans, cooking utensils, knife set, flatware and matching dish set. Pepper, salt and catch-up are also stocked.

Dining Area- The dinning table can accommodates 8 people. Is good for family dinner and game night.

Living Room-Brand new sofa (Sofa is pull out sofa) and smart TV are located in the living room for family.

Laundry Room- Brand new washing machine and drying machine are available.

Parking - The maximum parking is 2 cars, but it also has off-street parking available.

First floor:
Master Bedroom: King size bed with full bathroom.

Bedroom 2: Single bed with oull out bed

Second floor:

Bedroom 3 & 4: Both room has one Queen size bed with a jack-and-jill bathroom.

Bedroom 5: Queen size bed with bean bag sofa

Bedroom 6: Queen size bed

You will have great restaurant and other attractions within minutes of drive. Tanger Outlet, bars, local restaurants, and everything in between less than 1 mile away and Rehoboth Beach just 4 miles from toes in the sand.

Please review Due to COVID pandemic DE guidelines for reopening, Short Term Rentals are lifted and beaches are open but there are still restrictions in place beyond our control. Please check DE guidelines for the area when traveling to DE.

great house- lots of room

we stayed here for a week and it was comfortable and decorated nicely. it was clean and well stocked The beds were abit on the hard side but definitely ok for a good night sleep. the pool was awesome with chairs that are in the shallow end of pool

2025 Fam Beach Vacay

Our family made wonderful memories during our 2025 Family Beach vacation in the Arbor Lyn community. We enjoyed Helen’s spacious and comfortable home - the kids enjoyed playing pool and table tennis in the loft. We adults appreciated relaxing on the back deck.Helen’s home is just a three minute walk to the pool. The pool and community center are easy to access. There’s ample parking at the community parking lot and Helen’s home is a twenty-minute drive to Rehoboth Beach.Our family beach vacation was one for the record books thanks to Helen’s family-friendly home!

Beautiful Home

Our stay was amazing. It was our first family trip to the Rehoboth Beach area. The house and everything in it went above our expectations. The whole process was easy. The host was awesome with information. I would highly recommend this home. I hope to make many more family trips and make this an annul trip with my family.

best house ever in Rehoboth Beach DE

Our family reunion (11ppl) was even more successful because of this house. 6 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms gave each of us enough privacy and the communal space was large enough to have dinner around the dining table, do large puzzles and play billiards & more upstairs. The house is well equipped, bathrooms & kitchen have all we needed, garage has parking for 2 cars and all has beach chairs & beach toys. Helen is a great host, answering questions in minutes. we already planning our next year trip.

Labor Day weekend

12 of us from Pocono wanted to relax in Rehobbat beach area on Labor Day weekend. We found this new property which was perfect for 6 families . About 3.5 miles from Rehobbat beach and boardwalk . Good neighborhood with good restaurants close by. The house was well kept . All amenities as described. We had a great relaxing long weekend. Would come again and recommend to friends and family . We arrived at 3;30 , there was no one around, i called owner to see if we could check-in 1/2 hr early -no answer . at 4 we tried to get in and the code for the lock did not work. tried contacting the owner numerous times , no answer , call VRBO who also called but no answer .Vrbo offered to cancel and refund . After 2 hrs we were ready to leave when i decided to text owner which worked . She was in Thailand , with the correct code we got in the house..This house was clean ,very well stocked . It was the best equipped home i have ever rented, my contact with the owner from that point was excellent.. I would have given the owner 5 stars- except for the check-in/owner contact issue. overall our stay was great except for the traffic getting to the beach which we knew in advance as we had stayed in Rehoboth before

Wonderful experience!

Helen couldn’t have been more accommodating and we booked the night before after arriving and finding the original stay we had had fallen through. The home was exactly as was listed, perfect for our two families. We had an amazing time. Communication was easy and quick. We definitely would book again!
