What makes this property unique
Partially Smart Home. The house has "Alexa for your convenience! "Alexa can control parts of the house. Just ask "Alexa to turn off/on the lights or heating. "Alexa is specific and you will need to say which lights/heating (example-porch lights, deck lights, living room, etc.). You can even adjust the lights for ambiance, just tell "Alexa" to dim the lights to a percentage (example 40%). When asked, "Alexa" will even tell you the weather, the distance to certain hiking areas, shopping or restaurants and can even tell you the best time of day for fishing or play your favorite genre of music. "Alexa" will even help with cooking by asking for a recipe or used as a timer.
