Exquisite 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home, built in 2020, overlooking a canal in Rotonda West. No expense has been spared with the beautiful décor. The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen overlook the oversized lanai and pool area which boasts a large, electric heated lap pool. There are two separate lanai areas, one with seating around a fire pit.

Three ensuite bedrooms, the master with a king bed, a soaking tub and large walk-in shower; bedroom 2 with a queen bed and a walk-in shower, and bedroom 3 with two twin beds and a walk-in shower, which doubles as a pool bath. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.

WIFI, BBQ grill and 3 bicycles. Electric Pool Heat $120 per week.

Superb Villa

Beautiful Property

I can't say enough good things about our stay at this property. The house was laid out perfectly for all of us and was well equipped with all we needed. Pat the host was absolutely the best with information about the house and always available if we had a question. We had a nice time celebrating a milestone birthday and would certainly consider staying at this property in the future.

Beautiful

Every year we stay in Rotonda West and we love the area. It’s not overly crowded, easy access to the beach. The house was beautiful, clean, plenty of room, kitchen was well stocked. I pool area was very nice. Highly recommend

Great Home in Rotonda West

My wife and I recently stayed at this property for 6 weeks. It is a newer beautiful home in a nice area and it met and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.

Great Getaway

We rented the home for most of the month of January. Our adult children and 2 grandchildren joined us for a week. The kids loved the pool and 4 bedrooms allowed everyone to have their own room. No one had to sleep in a sofa bed! 3 bathrooms was a plus as well. The area was quiet and we enjoyed the nearby bike and walking trail. Pat, our contact at the property management, was quick to respond to any questions. I would not hesitate to rent again.a dofa bed!

Obstacles

Property was beautiful. Just a few obstacles. The dishwasher and vacuum didn’t work. Weren’t able to use the grill for there were 2 empty propane bottles. Other than these little things, the home was beautiful.
