Multiple bike, walking, and hiking trails within a short distance. Bus stops are less than a block away. Easy access from US-36 and 40-minutes to Denver International Airport; 35 minutes to Downtown Denver.

Jennifer, the host was amazing. She checked in on us and was very accommodating. The home was perfect. Very close to everything. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
We really enjoyed the house and it was perfect for our visit. The house was extremely clean, well appointed and comfortable. I also loved the back porch and yard.
The host is a dream! Accommodating, professional, fast responses to the myriad of pre-visit questions and takes really great care of the guests. Great central location. Quiet, peaceful, and fantastic for families wanting a nice haven. Would definitely go back again. Thanks for making our family wedding visit a wonderful experience.
Absolutely perfect spot especially if you have to go to Pearl street often. We came in town for a wedding and it was perfect! Super clean & the property was stocked with things we needed. The host was super friendly, will definitely stay again!

An amazing comfortable home! Quiet neighborhood close to campus. Everyone slept comfortably in the foam mattress beds. Fully stocked kitchen . We enjoyed the deck and backyard while grilling. Wish we could have stayed longer.
Everything about this property worked for us. The bedrooms and common space were comfortable and clean and the office was perfect for getting some work done. Great location and easy access to restaurants and shopping.
The place was clean and well supplied with nice kitchen materials. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and had good quality towels and sheets. The place was accessible to all we needed. Thanks
Visiting a daughter in college, friends in Denver, and traveling with extended family. This location was great and provided a central meeting place. Views from the back porch were amazing and Jennifer was a great host and communicator. Recommend!

This home is in a great location with views. Close to CU, Table Mesa shopping center (world famous Neptune's Mountaineering), hiking, biking, and walking trails. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to all of Boulder, Denver, and the mountain town of Boulder County.
We've thought of every detail to ensure comfort, from bamboo sheets and Turkish towels to anti-microbial pillow/mattress covers. If you have additional requirements, we will try to make sure you have what you need. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, cleaning supplies are all available. Even you first morning coffee/tea is available so you aren't scrambling upon arrival.
