The location was great, it wasn't far from the areas we wanted to see. The house overall was perfect for us. The outside could use a good cleaning, windows both inside and out should be cleaned. I think if a deep cleaning were done both inside and outside it would certainly be more appealing and enjoyable by anyone who rents it. Curb appeal is certainly something that renters take note to ,
The price for the area was very good and the house had a lot of room for the people who came. However, the back porch was filthy and the washer was gross. The floor was buckling in front of the kitchen sink and was covered with a rug. When we stripped the beds to leave, one of the mattresses had cigarette burns. Overall, it was fine and we still had a great time in the area.
Location is close to downtown and property is clean. Enough room for all four of us to spread out when needed. I liked the adjustable bed in the main bedroom. I didn't care for the pillows, but I'm kinda picky about those. Shower could've been warmer but manager has already said he will have the hot water temp adjusted. Overall very pleased.
We were in town for a wedding and the property was perfect. Close to everything that we needed. The property was very clean also.

Biggest things are
Floors not cleaned.
Doors snd windowsills dirty.
Not enough kitchen dishes.
1. We noticed on Tuesday when we got back that the house was warm and getting hotter. Called owner and reported. A man came and checked it out. We were told to turn off AC cause he had to have a man come over to fix it the following day. We slept in heat. Sparky and I had to stay behind while Pearl and Marie went on Charleston because of previous commitment. Man showed up at 2:30 that afternoon and fixed it.
2. Keurig coffee maker was broke so he replaced it with a 5 cup mini Mr. Coffee, so we had to make 3 to 4 pots of coffee. We were 4 ladies
3. Floors were not clean
4. Window sills and doors not cleaned, there were dead bugs.
5. Not enough dishes.
6. Picnic table was rotten.
7. Window cracked.
I met my best friend there. I brought my 13 yr old and my 5 yrs old. My friend brought her 5 yr old. The place was perfect for us. My 13 yr old brought her best friend. They liked there room with two single bed. It was big enough for everyone to have privacy. Great location. Clean. It made so for us.
Perfect for our needs; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
First, the picture shows a blue house so when we got there we were surprised to see it is actually gray. The house is roomy, attractive and well stocked. We enjoyed the fact that we could login to our PureFlix account and watch a series we had started at home. We had no difficulties at all. It is not far from stores and downtown.(There were some dogs nearby that barked during the night. They woke up my husband but not me! I did hear them during the day every once in awhile, but mostly we were not there in the daytime.)
Large bedrooms, comfortable beds, clean unit, bathrooms with surplus of any items you may have forgotten. New rental so quite possibly working out minor details. Could use extra pillows, a BBQ grill, TVs in bedrooms, more dining place settings so dishwasher isn’t utilized so frequently, would definitely book unit again.
The host was exceptional since he responded instantly and took care of any questions or concerns. Great access to the public bus Line 31 into historic Savannah , $3.00 for all day pass and $1.50 for seniors. Lots of extra tolietries if needed.
The property was as advertised. All that we needed was there, and more. One thing missing was enough coffee cups for a group of six.
We enjoyed ourselves in the house.
The house was soo nice and clean! My family of 4 had plenty of room to spread out. The house had everything you needed! It was a quiet neighborhood and after checking out SCAD campus it was nice to come back and enjoy the quiet.
