This backyard paradise is offered year around! The pool can be heated in the colder months. The hot tub is available year around also. There is an abundance of space for your kids to run and play and when everyone is tired you can gather around the fire pit for s’mores. More than we expected

Wonderful vacation home

Peefect location for family fun

Charming home with perfect space for a fun vacation. The host was lovely and easy to communicate with. Will absolutely be looking to stay again in the future.

Birthday Celebration

First able, the home was beautifully decorated. The neighbors was nice and quiet. For larger group sizes they accommodated and they provide air mattresses. The yard was beautiful plenty of seating, clean and ready to be used. The kitchen had coffee lovers, espresso machine and a Keurig. The bedrooms had plenty of space, extra blankets and pillows. The bathrooms had extra towels and that was really nice. I liked the fact that she provided travel sizes toiletries in each bathroom. She provided basic spices to use for cooking. It will be nice if she provided a regular coffee maker for large parties. An ironing full size board will be of benefit to have it available. Al thought they provided a black stone griddle, it will be better to have a regular grill with cleaning tools. Parking was limited and we had no access to the garage. Online pictures must show the second stairs access to lower bedrooms and backyard. This one needs to be considered for people with mobility issues. The Wine fridge but it wasn’t working and we notified the owner.

Family In Town For Our Wedding

We had our family in town for our wedding and got the House because it was a lot closer to the venue than where we live in town. Andrea was an amazing host and the house had everything we could ask for. The backyard is absolutely perfect. Definitely a great place to stay. I would recommend again and again, and her communication was amazing.

Family Reunion

Everything was good. The house was nice and clean. We couldn’t use the outdoor space due to the windy condition. The house is far from the strip, so you would need a car. I wish they would have more available items such as paper towel, toilet paper, etc. we ended up buying them for ourselves.

Family Wedding

Andrea was a fabulous host! She was very responsive and helpful. My whole family loved the home. It had the perfect amount of room for all of us and so much to do at the house. From games to the pool and being close to parks and stores, it made for a very enjoyable stay. We all said we would stay there again. Thank you for having us, Andrea!

Best of Both Worlds

For our family trip this year we wanted options for adult fun as well as comforts and conveniences for our 2 young grandchildren. This home gave us both. Many of the other Vegas homes we searched were more focused on partying but this location was very family friendly, clean, cozy, and plenty of room for our six adults and two little kids (3 & 1 yo). The location of the home made it easy to drive into the city to play taking about 15 minutes. We shopped, saw shows, and found kid-friendly things to do. When we weren't out and about, hanging around at the house offered plenty to do for the kiddos with the pool and playground. They loved it and the adults could jump in or just relax. We had a great stay and the owner was nice, helpful, and very responsive. Would highly recommend this home for a family vacation.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

House was simply amazing! Very well taken care of and the owner was very quick in responding to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a great time. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone and would definitely stay again.

Simply amazing

This property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We were amazed how beautiful this house is and how well put together it is. From the moment we got in we had so much fun. The backyard is perfect there is something for everyone and the Communication with property owner was great. Andrea answered all our questions and I love the welcome gift we received. We will definitely want to stay here again and we recommend this property.
