Our Village of Bear Trap Dunes Golf Villa is the perfect place for your golf and Bethany Beach vacation getaway. Our unit is a second-floor golf villa with a loft, has a spectacular golf course view and is 'independently' rated as a 'Platinum' property. It features luxury décor, furnishings and amenities throughout. The unit has two beautifully decorated full size bedrooms, both with King size beds, and a spacious loft with 2 single beds. The unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. Added Bonus - Wireless Internet Service!

We have stayed here for several years and always had a great experience. Phyllis is very responsive and welcoming. Located in a quiet area but also near enough to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Spacious and comfortable.

The Right Choice

It's always a good feeling when you walk into a rental you've never seen in person and discover you have made the right choice. My family and I stayed here for 5 days and we loved it! The villa was beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very clean. I wished we could've stayed longer. Comparing this to other rentals, this is one of the best and top on our list of places to visit again! Thanks Phyllis for being so kind!

Place as described

Place was very clean and pictures are accurate. Very comfortable and spacious. Shuttle runs 9am-5pm which wasn't ideal if you wanted to stay at the beach later and there isn't a set schedule so you just have to sit and wait for it. They said they were working on an app for it. Not really within walking distance to anything. You would need to drive to go anywhere. The tv remote was a little confusion since it was not very accurate since the buttons were not red but were green, but that's a minor thing. Other than that, this was one of the nicest and cleanest places we stayed at so we were very pleased with that.

Bethany Bliss!

A beautiful villa in a family friendly community! This unit is even better than the pictures. It is fully staffed with quality items, the bed in the master bathroom is very comfortable and there is plenty of room to relax . Phyllis the owner was wonderful to work with and left no detail unaddressed. One word of caution(not a complaint) if you have any mobility issues this may not be the right fit for you. To enter the unit you must climb 17 steps. If climbing stairs isn’t an issue for you or anyone that you are traveling with this unit is a must book!

Outstanding Condo

Our stay at this property was great. It was bigger than it looked in the photos. The property was very clean and probably had the best stocked kitchen of any rental I've made through VRBO. (and that's a lot). The beds were very comfortable. Phyllis was very easy to reach (although we didn't have to really). The community has much to offer for adults and children. All tv's were in good working order and easy to figure out. (Not always the case). We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Our family loved everything about this rental plenty of space for everyone to have their own privacy if needed. Love the outside sitting area whether you wanted sun or shade & bonus a fan. All the rooms had a tv for late night entertainment. Very easy 5-10 min drive to the beach! The owner was very clear with the instructions & made it super easy for us!

Wonderful and relaxing air bnb

My 10 year old son and I spent a week at this lovely condo. The wifi was great - very helpful since I was working and my son was doing virtual school. The home was so comfortable. We had everything we needed. We loved walking around the neighborhood and going to the beach. We were so sad to leave!

Beautifully maintained, excellent location

My family and I recently stayed at this wonderful property for the second time, and we were quickly reminded why we made a return visit. It is in a beautiful neighborhood, and the unit is very spacious. It is well maintained and tastefully decorated. The owner is quick and thorough in her communications. Wonderful accomdations

The condo was tastefully decorated, very clean and quiet. It has a wonderful view of the golf course and is a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay again if we decide to come back to southern Delaware. No negatives at all but the stairs on this second floor unit can be a challenge on the knees for older visitors.

Awesome Vacation place!

My family and I stayed for a week and loved every minute of it. The place is gorgeous and the beds/bedding were SO comfortable! There are notes/signs on how to use everything in the place. The owner made the renting process so easy and organized. We would definitely rent this place again!

Best imaginable vacation choice

After a week of work in hot, steamy Washington, D.C., it was like stepping into an oasis once we arrived in Delaware and climbed the carpeted stairs leading us up into the immaculately kept and exquisitely decorated villa on the Bear Trap golf grounds of Ms. McKinley. We are back in Berlin now, but would return or recommend this vacation paradise anytime, at the drop of a hat! There was absolutely nothing which was missing, and everything - dishes, cutlery, pots and pans - was present and at our disposal in abundance and top quality. A jewel!

Perfect vacation home

The two story apartment was in pristine condition. Very nicely furnished. The location is quiet and yet close both to Bethany Beach and Rehoboth Beach. Very friendly owner who always responded within hours. Fabulous experience. We hope to come back

This condo was tastefully decorated and we loved it. The website pictures was very accurate. The only downside was that I completely missed the fact that it was a second floor condo. My husband and i both have knee issues and would have preferred a 1st floor. All things aside, we adjusted and loved the property. It was was clean and well maintained . I

Stellar appointed condo! Owner is very courteous, professional and willing to help your stay be as pleasant as possible. Professional-like instructions throughout the residence assists tenants whether for operating kitchen appliances, A/C, laundry, etc. We will definitely be going back--in fact we have made arrangements to rent in September 2012. If I owned this property, I would be living there more often than not! Highly recommended. 5-Star quality.

Wonderful vacation rental

This property is just wonderful! The property location was perfect for us. We were very comfortable here; it felt like a home away from home. The screened in porch was a plus! The washer/dryer was also a great feature! The pool water was very warm and we wished the water was a bit cooler. The website for Bear Trap showed a playground but we never found it. The shower heads in both showers did not allow for a thorough shower; bigger shower heads with better water volume control would be much better to help with sand removal...especially for small children. It's a bit of a drive to the beach, but worked out well with an infant needing movement to initiate nap time. We would certainly stay here again!

Above Expectations

The condo was better than advertised. Every possible need was considered by the owners. The neighborhood was very well maintained and quiet. The pools were nice and the shuttle drivers were friendly. Bethany beach was well maintained with a nice low key boardwalk. I would recommend this condo to anyone who would like a laid back family vacation.
