Bayside Resort - Fenwick Island Townhome -10 minutes to beach, Amenities galore

We provide it all for a family freindly vacation in Fenwick Island Delaware. Bayside Community offers, Pools, Splash pad, bar and grill at the pools, kayaking, SUP, 3 restaurants onsite, Freeman Arts Stage, crabbing on the bay, indoor pool and health club. The space boasts 3 bedrooms each with own full private bath, spread out over three levels. Sleeps up to 8 people, can be shared by two families or bring the extended family. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee bar, spacious dining area for 8. Living area with Smart TV, each bedroom equiopped with smart TV, Wi-Fi, linens, bath and beach towels provided. Gameroom, biks and beach/pool toys in the spacious 2 car garage.

**We have two security cameras: 1 at the front door and 1 at the garage entryway. There are no cameras within the home. The cameras are motion activated and begin recording when motion is detected. Cameras are in place for your safety**

You will need to purchase guest passes to the community center to access the pool, gym and tennis courts, beach shuttle. Please mention this at time of booking. Amenity passes are priced per season. Summer- 1 week $85/person and 3 days $55/person (ages 5 and up)- must be used consecutively. Off season 1 week $55/person and 3 days $35/person (ages 5 and up).

No parking permitted in garage. We use this space as a game area.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was communicative and easy to reach. We really appreciated her flexibility in offering an early check-in which made traveling to the beach on the Saturday before Independence Day much easier. The house was clean, well stocked, and close to one of the community pools! We would definitely stay here again

My family and I had an amazing time during our vacation at Bayside Resort. The property exceeded our expectations - the house is beautiful and there are small touches throughout which really made this vacation house exceptional. The house was exactly as advertised. Definitely larger than we thought! The location was perfect - centrally located with lots to do in the community. Irene was very responsive and helpful at every step. Would definitely recommend to others!

An amazing week with family and our dog!!!A home away from home! So neat and clean!!! Beautifully decorated with all the amenities you need in a home! Host is very quick to respond to inquiries. Loving a taste of Bayside living using some of their amenities. I wish the shuttle service to the beach be available the whole week for such a pricey guest pass! Over all, a fabulous stay!

Amazing Family Vacation

If I could give communication a 10, I would! Irene was absolutely on point and very understanding with my thousands of questions. The home is beautiful and in such a great area. Everyone had their own bathroom which was extremely convenient after a long pool day/beach day. We were able to visit a couple different beaches and is very close to Ocean City, where my kids loved to shop and walk on the boardwalk! I can't wait to come back, would definitely stay here again!

Great home fabulous neighborhood amenities

Home was clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood with every activity (basketball, pickle ball, tennis, pools, kayaking, paddle board, golf). Terrific walking trails. House came with 4 bikes which allowed us to tour the full neighborhood. Saturday night was a concert where we could enjoy from the lawn. Highly recommend.
