Aloha and welcome to our piece of Paradise in Kihei Garden Estates (KGE). Come and enjoy our beautifully upgraded, two-bedroom, two bath, first floor, garden view condominium. We are perfectly located in the heart of Kihei – just a few minute walk from the best restaurants, shopping, golf, and every amenity you need and desire. The best feature is the private beach just steps away from the lanai, where you can relax, splash in the inviting surf, uncover exquisite sea shells, and take in some of the most breathtaking sunsets each night. You don’t even need to take a trip to see nature’s gift of sea animals including whales, dolphins, and sea turtles – they are all right there on this private little expanse of beach.

KGE is a quiet and peaceful complex, well maintained and full of Aloha Spirit. The property has lush grounds with plumerias, mango and banana trees, hibiscus and palms. Steps off of our lanai is one of the best pools in south Maui, a Jacuzzi/whirlpool spa and full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. A short drive from our paradise, you can discover the excitement and beauty that Maui has to offer including diving, snorkeling, hiking, surfing, sightseeing, experiencing the sunrise at the crater of Haleakala volcano.

Our condo comes equipped with everything you will need to enjoy your stay on Maui. There are boogie boards, beach mats, and a cooler for your excursions to the pool or beach. The kitchen is equipped with newer appliances, dishes, silverware, glassware, and more. New beds, linens, tile floors and fresh paint round out the experience of the newness of our home away from home. Just bring your suntan lotion and get ready to relax.

We absolutely loved our stay in this Kihei Garden Estates condo. It had everything we needed, including some great essentials for our beach days. The location is absolutely perfect , close to beach , shops , restaurants!!

Fantastic Getaway in Kihei

Property was as described and convenient to sites. Worked well for myself, my husband and my in-laws for about a week long trip. The apartment allowed for each couple to have their own space, and the proximity to the beach was great. Hosts were amazing, and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Stay in Kihei

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation for two couples. Everything you need is close by......quick walk to the beach and grocery store. On windy days we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. On site manager was very helpful when questions arose.

Fabulous Location

Very clean. The folks in the complex were very friendly and helful. The pool and community area is large, well equipped and maintained. Within a block walking distance to the beach. Restaurants, grocery and drug stores within walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Maui.

Great place to stay

You will not go wrong with this newly, up-dated condo. It is conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. Best part is the little private beach within walking distance where you can sit and relax, swim and snorkel. There was a turtle on the beach the other day and saw one in the water as well. Take advantage of the pool. Enjoy the wonderful hospitality.

Lovely property

We love the property. Stayed here last year in a different unit. Living room furniture could use an update and the upstairs neighbors were noisy when they were home. But we enjoyed our stay. The aquarium is fantastic. Maui is still paradise. Tried to give big donations and tips to the local people who were serving us.

Condo was clean, comfortable & well appointed. Nice location for walking to many amenities. Pool was very nice again clean too! If anything negative, could use a sharp knife? The ones there are all very dull just worn out, new beach chairs would be useful. We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would love to come back! Thank you 😊

Amazing place to stay!

We stayed in G108, and it was perfect! Beautiful condo, with lots of room for 4 adults. The place was fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Use of the beach chairs and umbrella, coolers as well as boogie boards was fantastic and communications with the hosts (Rick & Lisa) were nothing but pleasant and smooth! The beach is beautiful and a skip away, the pool was nice and clean and the hot tub was great later in the evening. Location to grocery and all the fun eating spots- Nalus, Diamonds, shave ice and the moped shop were so close it was wonderful! We thank you for having us in your space and the comfort and convenience was 10/10! We will be back and this location is highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Kihei

We stayed for 10 nigts and enjoyes it all the time. Well equipped kitchen and two bed- and bathrooms. You can lend some stuff to use on the beach which was perfect. It's only a short walk to a nice beach that not is crowdy. The same goes for the food store. Perfectly located as a base for exploring Maui. The A/C in the master bedroom is a little bit noisy. It may need service or to be replaced. But this didn't disturb our overall impression and we can higly recommend this property and with no doubt stay there again! Maybe forever.... :=))

Loved our stay!

My husband and I stayed at this property for 1 week with my sister and brother in law. We all had a fantastic time! The condo was very clean and had some very nice updates. We loved having a/c in each room and the living room. The condo is very close to the pool area. We spent more time in the pool/hot tub than we thought we would. It had a nice covered area with tables and a full outdoor kitchen with 2 grills. The location was great! It was walking distance to a quiet beach which was very convenient. We appreciated having beach chairs, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and a cooler. We used them every day. Communication with Rick was exceptional. He was quick to answer any questions we had and I requested an early arrival time and he made it happen which we greatly appreciated. We would stay here again.

Kihei Garden Estates is in a great location—close to shops, restaurants, and a beautiful sandy beach. The grounds are lush and well-maintained, and the complex was generally quiet aside from unexpected roofing construction during our stay, which brought noise, equipment, and a partial parking closure we hadn’t been warned about.The listing describes the unit as newly renovated, but the furniture and beds felt dated. The king bed was uncomfortably soft, the pillows were flat, and there was only one nightstand, so we had to use a kitchen stool on the other side. Upon arrival, the floors weren’t very clean, and we had to purchase facial tissues and addtional toilet paper for the length of our stay. Since we traveled with carry-on luggage only, we hoped to find basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap) left behind from prior guests, as we’ve experienced in other rentals. There weren’t any, so we stocked both bathrooms and left the supplies for future guests.The washer/dryer is not in the unit but in a shared facility, which wasn’t clearly stated. Posted pricing was 1.25 per load, but machines charged 1.50. The beach chairs were rusty and there weren’t enough for our group. We also frequently encountered unhoused individuals sleeping or loitering on the sidewalk near the complex entrance and beach, which made us less comfortable using the local area. With more accurate info and a few improvements, this could be a much better stay.

The condo was a bit older than expected but it was very comfortable and clean. Hosts were quick to answer any questions we had during our two week stay and there was a manger on site to help us out. The neighborhood was quiet and a five minute walk to the beach.

We finally took the plunge and purchased our own little piece of paradise.
