This private 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is fully equipped with upgraded stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The master has a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The unit can comfortably sleep 6. In-suite laundry, Cable TV and wireless internet are a few of the comforts you have at Pacifico.

Pacifico is an exclusive gated community in the middle of town. It is a quick walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants and local nightlife. The community has 5 pools on site as well as access to the Beach Club (If desired).
The Beach Club is on the beach with another 2 pools, restaurant/bar, concierge and spa. There is an additional fee of $25 per person per day to use the facilities. 
We offer full concierge services with our bookings. We can assist you with airport transportation, car rentals, golf cart rentals, tours, excursions, in-house spa services and more.

Great Stay in Pacifico!

My husband and I stayed here for two weeks and booked the stay relatively last minute (about 6 weeks out). The location of the unit is on the first floor of one of the buildings that is close to the pool bar and at the end of the building, so it is quieter than being right in front of the pool. It was great being able to walk out from the patio to the pool area and not have to go up and down the stairs. The kitchen was very well equipped and had a blender, a juicer, and anything you need to cook at home if you wish. One thing to note are that the TV does not have cable (which isn't a big deal - we watched some DVDs on nights we wanted to relax on the couch). We don't really watch TV on vacation anyways. We have stayed in Pacifico before and love that there is a grocery store within walking distance and that you can walk to so many restaurants. The Zindis Group is great and they were always there to assist with any questions we had and offer to coordinate excursions and help us arrange additional cleaning during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

The location of this unit within Pacifico is fantastic, and the management company did everything they could to make our stay enjoyable. The unit itself was in need of a lot of attention/tlc, and although every issue we brought to the attention of the management company was promptly addressed, it impacted my stay to have to constantly “complain”. I am not that type of guest, have never complained about a rental property before, and it made me incredibly uncomfortable.

Well stocked condo

I contacted Fabrizio to see if we could check in early as our flight arrived in the mid morning. He met us at the condo and explained everything to us and gave us some local information. This was our 4th time staying at Pacifico . Even though we visited several places away from Coco it is a very relaxing and quite community. Reccoment contacting Zindas Group for your stay in Coco.

Pacifico is fantastic!

We have rented in Pacifico before and we are never disappointed! This experience was fantastic. Damian was a great communicator and was willing to help with whatever we needed. Can’t recommend he or the property enough. Pure Vida!

Pacifico Playa Coco, Costa Rica

Communications very clear and timely at all stages. This unit L605 was convenient as main floor and close enough for pool access. The unit was clean & current. Well equipped kitchen. Nice layout of unit. Convenient location in walking distance for 3 grocery stores, other stores, restaurants & friendly local vendors with amazing fruit & vegetables. Beach nearby to walk or use shuttle. We would highly recommend this particular unit and property.
