A respite from our daily lives in a peaceful place can be noticeably restorative to both mind and body. Now imagine if your haven away was in a place that was “almost paradise?”

Come stay with us! This sweet villa is nestled inside a tranquil waterfront resort with generous amenities and expansive views of the Terra Ceia Bay. The Sea House is decorated with local décor found in the Bradenton Beach area and Anna Maria Island areas. It features a spacious living room and kitchen area as well as a two outdoor patio areas.
We are surrounded by 2000 acres of aquatic preserve where land and sea are vigorously protected. The nature you'll explore will be the same as what our first pioneers witnessed over 400 years ago.

Your villa comes with full resort access to our bayside pool, jetted hot spa, Tiki Hut and outside BBQ kitchen, a large pavilion, full fitness center, family game room center, pickle ball court, walking trails, large dog run, resort kayaks and paddle boards, a 340 private fishing pier with wet slips, private boat launch and much more.

In Terra Ceia, archeological evidence of human life starts around 8000 B.C. Now that's proof we've been a popular "go to" place for 1000's of years.
