Wonderful screened in front porch, spacious family room, tastefully updated kitchen and perfect amount of space to gather for all your meals. Centrally located, the house is located 4 minutes from Strong Museum and Planetarium, also only 10 minutes to RIT or short drive to University of Rochester.

Very clean, very comfortable, we were with a large group and had 2 houses, the general gathering areas accommodated all of us for meals and family gatherings for which we were grateful. It appears to be recently remodeled, they did a really good job.Just to the owner: oven mitts and more towels would have been helpful

Awesome place

This is our first time exploring Rochester and we came up for family weekend at RIT. It was perfect for our large family to have our own space with a kitchen and enough places to hang out and play games. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Great One Night Stay

Great one night stay as we were in town for an event at the convention center. Six of us stayed comfortably in the house, had everything we needed (pans, utensils, etc) in the kitchen to make a great breakfast, and we were graciously allowed a late checkout. Would look to book again should we return to the area in the future. Thanks for a great stay!
