Charming beach cottage in Olivia Beach, Lincoln City, a newer development just feet from the Pacific Ocean. House is located only steps away from the boardwalk to the beach and sits directly in front of the development's Central Park which includes a children's play structure, large open grass area, grill, fire pit, sand volleyball court, community outdoor pool (open seasonally) and exercise facility. Direct BEACH access is right next to home and provides easy and convenient access directly to the beautiful sandy beach with vast tidepools! Ocean and beach can be viewed from top of hill right next to our home! Note there are about 100 steps from the top of the stairs to the sandy beach.

Pricing Details:

Rates vary from $300.00 to $450.00 per night, depending on the time of year and how many nights you wish to stay. A one-time $200 cleaning fee and 14.5% taxes/fees on the total apply to all reservations. Higher rates may apply to peak season and holiday's. Minimum 2 night stay during off-peak and 3 night stay during peak and holiday's.

Annual quality time summer vacay with family

We enjoyed seeing more of the Oregon Coast - it's gorgeous. The house was comfortable and well-equipped. Communication with owners was great. Reported issues with freezer and stove and the owners were very responsive.

Oregon coast

This property is beautiful. Everything about it is perfect. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice linens in each bathroom. Very quiet area at night so sleep was not interupted. Easy access to outside shower and hose to wash off after enjoying the beach. Lincoln City and the state parks nearby have something for everyone. Assess to the beach is tricky but my family walked down the steps to the beach and then walked to the public access point and walked back by the streets. Much easier than climbing the stairs. Would definitely stay here if we ever get back to the area.

This property is one of our favorites

The location of this property, the beauty of the location but even more-so the property itself make this one of our favorite VRBO locations ever! The house is comfortable and clean and just as good as it can be. Short walk to the beach and family time (spikeball!) at the park. Excellent family destination.

Great house and location

The house is in a great location. We were there on a dad's get away but I'm looking forward to booking a trip with my family. The house works extremely well for both purposes. The owners were awesome and accommodating. Over all, a great experience!

Perfect getaway

What a lovely home in the wonderful Olivia Beach community! The house had everything our two families with kids could need to be comfortable, have fun, and relax. Chris and Jessica were so helpful and responsive and we will definitely try to stay here again.

Perfect for our big family

We had a great time at this beautiful beach house. Each year my whole extended family gets together and rents a house in Lincoln City for Thanksgiving. This was by far my favorite house, it is very tastefully decorated and the set up was great, it did not feel crowded and every room was comfortable.

Great home and great location!

We had a great time and all three families really enjoyed our time at the house. We lucked out with gorgeous weather which allowed us to spend lots of time outside. The kids enjoyed the beach and lots of time at the park. Since it was dry we were also able to enjoy a campfire! All around amazing weekend! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Amazing Vacation

The home, the location and the hosts far exceeded our expectations. There were stairs to the beach within a short walk. The house was fully equipped. It was clean. We felt safe. The neighborhood was quiet. We had to alter our original family vacation because of COVID and so glad we chose the Oregon Coast and this Beach Bungalow. We highly recommend this home.

Cute, comfortable beach house

My family stayed here; we were a group of 4 adults and two kids, and it was very comfortable. There were games for us to play, and we enjoyed spending nights working on a puzzle. The house fit us really well and it had plenty of space for us to not be on top of one another, and the beds are very comfortable so we enjoyed our sleep! Sound and voices do travel up easily because of the staircase, but nothing too terrible. The house is located right in front of a park/playground area, which made it super easy with the kids, and it’s easy access to the beach. The closest access is a long way down a set of stairs, but we drove about 5 mins to the nearest access and it was no problem. We loved it here and would stay again!

Idyllic Beach Vacation

We adored our stay at Olivia Beach. The home is so cute and the neighborhood is beyond charming. We felt like we were staying in a movie. The beach access was wonderful, the community pool was warm and had ocean views and the park was ideal. We have 2 kids and it was so great to send them to the park to play while we watched from the front porch. They loved having their own “suite” on the third floor. We got in the hot tub nearly every day of our stay. This is one of my most favorite locations I have ever stayed at and I can’t wait to return. The home doesn’t provide toiletries like other vrbo homes do but that is a very small quibble. Overall we loved the home, loved Lincoln City and loved the Oregon coast. I can’t wait to return.

Beautiful 3 story home. No bedrooms on ground floor. Couldn't use hottub 1st night because it didn't get cleaned until 5 so wouldn't be available til 9. Was still too cold to use. Ants in living room. Only two wash cloths but had 3.5 baths. Pool closed. Lots of "stuff" under couch cushions . Loved the home just nothing else. 7 unhappy women that drove 4 hours.

It's new cottage style craftsman homes with park located in the middle of the development and direct beach access provides for an amazing time with family and friends. It's a very quiet and safe neighborhood which makes for a relaxing and peaceful experience. And the very short distance to the movies, Casino, shopping, Aquarium, Museums, whale watching, recreation center, amazing restaurants etc. makes for a great time overall.
