This one bedroom has a King size bed that reclines and an oversize tv in front of the bed. Condo has a walkout to a patio area that includes a grill and table that overlooks the pond and privacy walls.

The place was clean and so well stocked. We were so pleased that there were beach chairs and towels.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The pool was not so great but we were so close to the area beaches that we went everyday. Would definitely stay here again.

3 Miles to Clearwater beach. Many great restaurants and lots of activities within a short distance.
Uber, Lyft, Jolley Trolley, Plenty of parking in the condo complex. If your going to the beach the earlier the better on busy days, otherwise you will have to drive around to find parking.

The condo is located in an older residential building, but currently undergoing remodeling renovations.
