The fully fenced backyard offers peace of mind for families and pets alike.

Inside, the home is bright, open, and intentionally laid out with two separate living areas, making it easy for everyone to relax their own way.
• The main living room features plush seating and a welcoming atmosphere for conversation or quiet downtime. • The dedicated media room delivers a cinematic experience with a 75` flat-screen TV and surround sound, perfect for movie nights or game days.
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to home-cooked dinners, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig and standard coffee maker. A spacious dining table comfortably seats six.
Restful Bedrooms & Thoughtful Details
The home sleeps up to six guests across three comfortable bedrooms:
• Primary Suite – King bed, flat-screen TV, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and bidet for added comfort. • Second Bedroom – Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote work or study. • Third Bedroom – Queen bed with a flat-screen TV.
A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combination is conveniently located in the hallway.
