Julie was wonderfully responsive to all my questions! We were here for a family reunion and the location was great for us. We rented a 6 seater golf cart and loved riding all around the grounds. There's a children's playground, shuffleboard, and cornhole. The fitness center is really nice. The equipment is in the fitness center but we did not find pickleball rackets so you might want to bring your own. Highly recommend you rent a golf cart. We rented it from Southshore Golf Cart Rentals. Sunset Bar and Grill is in the community. It was awesome and seated all our large family inside and out depending on the weather. You can also order from Walmart and cook in if you want. They delivered to us several times. The townhome was very clean and each of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom. The master bedroom is very roomy. There is a pool but we were to busy to use it. We loved our stay here!

This place is beautiful and well accommodates 5 adults. It is a place to go and relax! Not many shops around but vacation is about relaxing to me. Everything needed was a short walk away, 2 restaurants, pier, pool, hot tub, weight room and a small beach. Not a lot of people or traffic. The host was amazing and always answered when I needed her!

All was great ! Julie communicated so promptly every time I had a question or request. She is very accommodating. The property was awesome - clean, updated, with great kitchen equipment. We loved the Sunset Grill, manatees in back yard, and pier. The description was all that and more !
