A lovely spacious property. Plenty of space inside and outside to suit a large family. Pool area and garden excellent. Everything provided at the property that you could need and the owners made sure we felt at home. Local area had all the day to day amenities

Fantastic property with lots of character, great garden and pool, well equipped. Excellent base for exploring local region. Hosts couldn't be more helpful. Would throughly recommend.

We had a great ten days at BelBiarge. The house was remote but everything was easily accessible by car and we were looking for peace and quiet.The rooms were large and spacious and there was plenty of room for all eight of us without feeling like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was provided. Everyone enjoyed the pool and sitting in the kitchen playing cards and games of an evening. We had a great time kayaking at Ruffec, at the monkey park and exploring the pretty towns and villages nearby. We also enjoyed the local walks for which there was lots of information provided. The owners were easily contactable when we there and needed to speak to them, and also throughout the booking process when we had queries. Thanks for sharing your lovely home and for the lovely arrival hamper.

A real home from home! Belbiarge has everything you would want for your holiday in France. A beautiful home, very well equipped, lots of room and a fantastic pool! We stayed in Belbiarge for a Family holiday. As a group of 10, age range from 11- 72 the gite truly catered for all. The rural location was peaceful and tranquil with still plenty to do within an hours drive. The hosts were extremely helpful and do all they can to make your stay happy and comfortable one.For teenagers we highly recommended some time at the river in Ruffec where you can take your own kayak/paddle boards or hire them from Base Kayak rental - a 20 minute drive away from the gite and you can easily spend a day or two having great fun or just relax along the river side and the water. We had a great and relaxing time at Belbiarge and would highly recommend a stay there. We would happily go back and stay again.

Lovely house in a peaceful setting.

Great house, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The pool was terrific, there was lots of space in the garden to run around and play football etc and the kids loved the table football and table tennis. The kitchen was very well equipped too and we spent enjoyable evenings eating outside without having to stress about not having the equipment we needed to cook properly. There were also nice restaurants nearby for when we wanted someone else to do the cooking! The only improvement I would suggest is that towels and sheets aren’t included in the price, so you need to pay extra for these. I’d prefer not to have to think about this and just have it rolled into the original price, but I know some people might prefer to bring their own and otherwise a lovely stay.
