Clean and easy place close to the lake and a quiet neighborhood. Good food spots close by and quick to downtown Madison if needed. Hosts were responsive and helped us with something we had left behind!
Nice home to stay in and visit Madison and Monona. Quick drive into Madison for those sites and conveniently located to Monona restaurants etc. Easy check in and great communication.
Property was located in a great location in a quiet neighborhood right on the Monona Lake Loop Bike Trail.
Nicely stocked with all necessary amenities. Will definitely stay again!
Great Communication, well appointed, very spacious
Stayed on a short notice and the owners were accommodating and made everything smooth and easy. If your considering this space, be assured it’s clean and the right place.
This is a cute little house in downtown Monona just a block from the lake. It’s very quiet and a friendly neighborhood. The sidewalks are nice to go for a walk. They have a lot of nice bike lanes too. The host responded very quickly to my requests. I told him that the ping pong paddles had seen better days and he had 8 brand new paddles delivered the same day! He was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property
Stayed here with friends and it was great for us! We loved the basketball hoop (bring your own ball) and ping pong table, and we had a nice little walk over to The Tasting Room. I'd recommend bringing some lawn chairs if you want to hang out outside by the hoop.
Great place to hang out with extended for a couple days. Enjoyed the sunroom in the morning, watching the game and board games in the family room and ping pong in the basement. Walked to a coffee shop and watched skating an the outdoor ice rink.
Property was clean and well maintained. Keith was very accommodating and check-in was a breeze. Plenty of parking space in the driveway and plenty of room for our large group to relax after long days at the hospital.
We were there for a girls biking weekend. The house was well located and we were able to ride right out of our front door. We also enjoyed the restaurants up the street and we were very close to everything Madison has to offer.
Check in and everything else was easy and very clear.
Overall it was a very nice experience.
House was great. Plenty of space for my group of 8 attending a convention at the Alliant Energy Center.
Neighborhood was quiet, right on the Lake Loop trail, which made morning runs stress free.
Want to give a special shout out to our host, who went above and beyond to help get a forgotten jacket and wallet returned to one of my friends. Would definitely stay here again!
Appreciated the location, renovated property, amenities, sleeping comfort/capacity, furniture/appliance choices, host responsiveness and accommodation. The few shortcomings were outweighed by those many things we greatly appreciated (like those above and the ample room to enjoy family.)
We came to town for a team retreat and we’re more than pleasantly surprised with this space! There were plenty of seating areas for people to chat, and the ping pong table was the perfect for building the friendly competition that has already served to bring our team closer together.
The host is super responsive and helpful! The house was really close to the highway which made transit into downtown Madison really quick.
Overall I would give this experience a 10/10!
The communication was spot on with the host Keith. I didn't have to wait for an answer to my questions which made this process easier on me and my family. We came down to attend my Uncle Ricky memorial service and the house was clean and spacious. It is indeed a quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed watching the boats come by, through the small space from the neighbor's yard across street. You can tell everyone in this neighborhood has a routine with their daily living. I haven't seen so many people so committed to walking, jogging, biking (kids included) and just getting out and enjoying the weather. Everything we needed was within driving distance. I will come back to this area and rent from this owner again because my experience was awesome. Thank you, Keith, for your communication and allowing me the opportunity to stay at this beautiful house.
