★ HOUSE RULES ★

📌 Must be 25yrs old to rent.
📌 The primary guest must sign the Rental Agreement upon booking and submit a $500 security deposit hold at least 2 days before check-in. The security deposit will be released 3 days after checkout, provided no damages or violations are identified.
📌 MAX Occupancy of 14 guests. No Unregistered guests allowed. Exceeding this limit may result in a $1,000 fine and immediate cancellation of the reservation in accordance with house rules.
📌 Parking: Max of 5 cars allowed on the property. Requests for more require approval. No Street parking allowed.
📌 No Pets allowed without prior authorization. If you bring a pet without authorization, you will be charged $1,000 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without refund.
📌 No Smoking inside the property. If any of your guests smoke inside the house you will be charged a 750.00 Ozone cleaning fee. Smoking outside is allowed, but must be cleaned up. Any debris will charge 100$ for additional cleaning.
📌 No Events, No Parties. Hosting unregistered guests may result in $1,000 non-compliance fee and immediate eviction without refund.
📌 No shoes allowed inside the house. We provide complimentary slippers to our guests.
📌 There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the home only for security reasons and to protect our guests and homeowner.

★ HOT TUB RULES ★

📌 No glass near the hot tub area.
📌 No diving or jumping into the hot tub.
📌 Use the hot tub at your own risk.
📌 Do not tamper with the hot tub controls.
📌 Shower before entering the hot tub.
📌 Keep the hot tub cover on when not in use.
📌 Limit hot tub usage to a reasonable duration and temperature not over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
📌 Do not add any chemicals or substances to the hot tub.
📌 No food or drinks allowed in the hot tub.
📌 Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
📌 Do not use the hot tub if you have open wounds or infections.
📌 Report any issues or malfunctions with the hot tub to the property manager immediately.
