We had a great time. Everyone in our party loved the house and everything about the property. The house was so amazing and beautiful!!! The beds were so comfortable we even asked where to buy the mattresses. The host was so responsive when we had questions and made our stay so easy. The location was perfect for our visit to the Bourbon Trail too. We were right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go. The beautiful horses were an added bonus and we loved petting them. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

James Gang Family Get Together

Large, spacious, historical, beautiful home! We had plenty of space for 14 people, 13 adults and one child. The property is nicely appointed with everything you could want or need for cooking, family fun, awesome fire-pit and grounds. Nice fishing pond with a lovely new deck and beautiful views of the rolling Kentucky landscape.The beds are all very comfortable and the bathrooms are large with amazing showers!We had many lovely family meals in the dining room that could seat all 14 of us.We enjoyed the fireflies and bunnies off the spacious southern front porch with both morning coffee and evening happy hours.I cannot recommend this property more! I hope to stay there again with our beautiful family soon!!Thank you Nadia for always responding to our questions and for providing such a welcoming comfortable BEAUTIFUL HOME for us!!!

Absolutely amazing! Six of us stayed here during a bucket-list bourbon trail week and this home was just what we needed after a long day of tasting and touring. The photos truly don't do this property justice, as there is so much space to spread out, yet smaller areas to share a drink or meal and have great conversation. We shared so many laughs on the porch, and many more around the dining room table. New appliances and several updates make this old estate very modern. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. There are a LOT of stairs, so those with mobility issues should keep that in mind. Communication with the host was excellent, and all questions were answered promptly. We didn't get to use the fire pit or the hot tub (it was 104 degrees outside with the humidity), but they looked kept up well. Toby and Scarlet made new friends, as feeding them carrots and apples was the highlight of the evenings! We would, without a doubt, stay here again.
