Beautiful 3bd, 3bath, pool. On canal, 10 minutes to Gulf of Mexico-no bridges
3 bedroom, 3 bath, clean, open concept, kitchen and living room that lead right out to the beautiful pool! Walk down a few steps to the canal and a few houses (7) to the Intracoastal. Only a 10 minute boat ride to the Gulf of Mexico and stump Pass. 10 minute car drive to Englewood Beach, many restaurants close by. No bridges for boates to go under.
Enjoy kayaking. boating /JetSki, paddle board, swimming, restaurants etc.
Heated pool is an extra $75 per week for utilities.

We are not liable for any injuries. Use pool at your own risk, No diving! Also, we do not have any child safety alarms. We have a ring doorbell at the front door in the vestibul.
