This 1st Floor 2BR/2Bath Condo sits directly between the Beach and the Bay. A 2 car garage houses personal Beach equipment as well as 4 Kayaks and a Paddle Board to enjoy the water. The condo is recently updated with new appliances and has a washer and dryer. The Condo Association has a beautiful, well maintained Heated Pool overlooking Lemon Bay.

Great location, great accommodations!

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We love it! Lenny if space, very clean, comfortable bed, and great location. The beach is right across the street, and lots of restaurants within walking distance. The host is great! Great communication. Highly recommend! Kim

Great vacation

What a great place to stay We were able to arrive early and get in with no problems The house is fully stocked with everything we needed.. Very clean The beach is just across the street Thank you Brian !!

Exceeded Our Expectations!

The condo was lovely, very clean and well appointed with modern furnishings and upscaled baths. The contemporary kitchen was a huge plus. Location was perfect, easy access to the beach and the pool was the cherry on top! Our host was great and responded quickly to our questions. Highly recommend 5+

Wonderful getaway!

This condo/home was everything it was advertised to be and more. Great location, short walk to beach, restaurants only 10 minute walk. Condo very clean, well furnished and stocked. Brian was right on top of everything, very quick to reply and answer our questions. Would stay here again without hesitation, we were actually sad to leave. Excellent condo, excellent host!

Beautiful condo, great host, great location!

The condo was very cute, clean, and In a great location. The host checked in with us to make sure we were all set, and was great answering any questions we had. Beach was beautiful, lots of great restaurants, and nice pool area. I would highly recommend!
