Newly updated studio apartment centrally located 1 mile from highway 99. Very easy freeway access! Perfect place for traveling healthcare workers or traveling professionals. located 2 miles from Kaiser in Modesto and just a few miles to DMC & Memorial Hospital. The studio is newly furnished with a queen bed, desk, 2 chairs & Smart TV. The updated kitchen offers a refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee maker electric 2 burner cook top, dishes & utensils. Updated bathroom with shower. On site laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer and vending machine. Walking distance to a local grocery market. Guests have access to the entire studio that was booked. Guests may access the parking area & laundry room. Other things to note. Please note that there is a train nearby that you can hear from the apartment. We do not have a dishwasher. This is a simple studio with basic amenities.

Clean and cold
Ended up having to park in the ally as we got in very late, but had no issues with that. The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job. Everything was clean and well thought out in the space. Didn’t end up using the kitchenette but it looked well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets they use are very soft.
There is some nearby road/people/train noise nearby. But it didn’t bother us at the end of a long day.
The only small downside was the shower head. The water in that area must have a lot of calcium in it because it was spraying everywhere with 1/4th of the holes.
After flicking the rubber nubbins and getting the calcium loose it sprayed better. But the water pressure left us wanting.
In total I would still give this place 5 of 5 stars.
