Spring Break Tampa

We haven't been to Tampa before. This was a nice location if you plan to visit areas North and South of Ruskin.

Great weekend getaway

Nice two story set up with a full size fridge oven microwave. The venue is clean. Off of the balcony in the back we saw manatees in the morning. It was beautiful. Will stay again.

Townhouse in Little Harbor

A very good week. We enjoyed the property and the host was very accommodating. Loved watching the Manatees from the back balcony. Little Harbor is a very pleasant area. We have stayed in this area before and have always enjoyed it

Very comfortable for an extended stay

Roomy, clean and well-furnished. There were brand new towels, extra linens, plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. The property is exactly as advertised. Nice amenities for an extended stay, two restaurants on propert, two pools, a game room, pickle ball courts. There were inflatable pool toys and beach towels. . Nice time.

The amenities on the property were fantastic, hot tub, pool, beach, gym and an awesome restaurant. The condo itself was lovely, but there were some small things that could be fixed. Towel bar, toilet flusher, lamp and toaster we're not in full working order. The beds and pillows were VERY comfortable and the condo was clean and had everything that you could need for your stay. Better communication would be appreciated with the host. Thanks for an awesome stay

Quiet spring break

We loved the space in the property and watching manatees from the balcony. The property had everything we needed for a spring break escape from the snowy north. It is in a nice community with a pool available as well as restaurants that are close. It is a little bit farther away from the gulf beaches than we would have liked. The beach in the community is ok, and features stunning sunsets. Dana answered all of my questions very quickly. I would definitely recommend for someone who wants a quieter location with plenty of Florida sunshine. Nice property!

Dana, the host, was very responsive to all inquiries. The unit was very clean, had high ceilings for that airy feeling. Large floor to ceiling windows/doors to all outside balconies (there are 3 private ones) brought the outside in. The back views were a relaxing blend of water and greenery. The kitchen was well equipped. While it is a little out of the way for this chilly time of year, after a day of car rides and exploring Bradenton, St. Pete and Mayakka River State Park, it was nice to come 'home' to a quiet resting place.
