House is very well laid out for a large group. Several bedrooms and sleeping areas downstairs. Very large kitchen/dining/living room area. This was an excellent choice for our family of 10 from 3 different states to meet up. A little off the beaten path, but that just adds to the adventure!!Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family gathering getaway

We wanted a house that could house 3 generations of families and this was the perfect place. It had a large table for meals and chatting, a great gaming basement and near a lake which we enjoyed. Everyone loved this house and we are grateful for the memories we shared here. Would recommend!

Great Mountain get away

The house was beautiful and accomidated our entire family. You can see wild life.both day and night including deer, woodpeckers, and even fireflys and night. If you enjoy a quiest family mountain vacation this is it. The hoats are also very responsive!

Beautiful spacious house in the hills

We had a lovely weekend with two families with elementary aged children. The house is beautiful. The game room and extra books and games provided entertainment for the kids. There is a nice big yard for the kids to run outside. The owners were communicative and the whole process was smooth. Overall, we had a lovely weekend!

Awesome retreat amidst the Mountains

We were group of 14 and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Basye House. The property was large, clean beautifully decorated rooms, clean backyard and well thought out amenities. We had a wonderful stay at this house with family and friends! The game room was such a nice addition to the space and was great for kids! The kitchen was spacious and the family room inviting. The deck off the back was a great retreat from the noise and we saw deer a few times! The house was clean and well maintained! Spacious House with great game room.

Nice and spacious. The game room is fantastic, plenty of various games. Even good ole PacMan and Mortal Kombat Game Console for 80s Nostalgia.Great outdoor stone firepit.The only thing need to be aware is it's induction range (I wish it's clearly stated in the listing, so we are prepared better), so we have to use the provided kitchen pots and pans. A little bit unfortunate for us, we brought special pots for our cooking and that doesn't work that well with the induction range.Other than that, Diego and Jessica are very attentive. We are thankful to be hosted by them in such great house. We enjoyed our stay and had a bliss.

Big beautiful home made for a great family Christmas

14 family members traveled from 2 hours away up to 8 hours away including our adult sons, their wives and 4 grandchildren and we moved in on Dec26 and had a fun 4 night stay in this big beautiful home. Everyone was very comfortable on firm beds, with lots of pillows and blankets and big renovated bathrooms. The basement game room was a favorite gathering spot with pool, ping pong and foosball plus big couches and smart TVs and lots of board games too. The home was well appointed with cooking pots and pans and lots of glassware and cutlery. There was a decorated Christmas tree for all the gifts and a high chair and pack n play for the littlest kids. Some people skied and did snowboarding while others ice skated. The location was great and the big yard was used for football tossing. We Loved it! Thanks to the owners for providing such a nice home for rental.

Great house!

Diego is a great host and very prompt in responding if you have any issues. The house wasn't cleaned properly due to a mix up in personal. He fixed it before that evening, and it was smooth after. The house was great for our 2 families with small children (5 kids; 3-6). There's lots of space to run around and play in the basement while giving the adults space to hang out upstairs. Plenty of space to sleep and places for a pack n play. The area is quiet and peaceful and rural. It's very close to Bryce Resort and about 20-45 minutes from attractions. The drive passed very quickly with an extra friend in the car. It was a very enjoyable spot. I would recommend the house and the area. We had plenty of to-dos left undone for a second trip.

Diego, was an awesome host. Very responsive and welcoming.This house was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. The basement was packed with games and kept us entertained the whole time.
