Cute house in a great neighborhood, close to everything! The home is fully stocked with tons of thoughtful touches, like a fan in the bedroom, pool toys, and toiletries. Very comfortable beds and great house layout overall. We loved spending time in the backyard (note that it is not fully fenced, for those of you traveling with dogs) and the lanai overhead made it so pleasant and bug-free. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We were able to quickly get to the beach and restaurants. Rodney and Olga were very responsive and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We just left adorable beach bungalo after spending 8 days there and we loved it! So beautiful and peaceful. The location was perfect and we drove to the beach to watch the sun set many nights. It was also a botanical dream looking out at all the tropical plants. What a great place to come to escape the weather up north. Our host was fabulous and was very quick to respond to questions and issues. We would love to come back next year!

The house is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Communication with owner was quick and detailed. Due to the time of year we went, the ONLY thing that would have made it better is a longer stay and maybe if the pool was heated. Will definitely return next year if they will have us. Hidden gem! Charming and cozy bungalow in Sarasota

This home has it all! Great location in the heart of Sarasota—close to beaches, downtown, shops and restaurants. The house is updated, well-maintained and beyond immaculate. The screened-in pool area is beautiful, peaceful and completely private. Very well-equipped kitchen, super-comfy beds. Great neighborhood, plenty of areas to walk. The hosts provided everything we needed to get started and communication with them was excellent. We loved this property and would highly recommend it. Our stay was everything we’d hoped it would be; we’ll be back!
