This spacious, freshly renovated property has breathtaking View to the Water and wild nature. You can enjoy this view, while you sit at the brand new screened pool. Open Floor Plan, Huge Dining, Lanai, makes it comfortable even for up to 8 people. This house is located in very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood, close to Siesta Beach or Lido beach ( only 10-15 minutes drive) Downtown (10 minutes drive). All shoppings, theaters , Parks, Botanic Garden, everything within 10 minutes drive. There is a lot of close places that you can visit like: UTC all possible shopping and restaurants, Water Side restaurants and shopping, Sarasota down-town for shopping and restaurants, St Armands for shopping, restaurants, beaches, Siesta Key for beautiful beaches, restaurants and shopping. Aquariums, Botanic Gardens, Comedy Clubs, Theaters, Drinking Clubs, Caffee and so much more.
Open concept floor plan with split bedrooms. Main Bedroom comes with walk in closet and full size large bathroom. Two other bedrooms shares full size bathroom with tub/shower. We have Tvs sets in Living Room, Kitchen/dining Room and Lanai.
Very spacious lanai has entire wall of windows, so you can enjoy beautiful view of water and nature, overlooking swimming pool. You can use this room as a playroom, office, family room or even bedroom. We have a sectional that opens to full size queen bed.
Sarasota Is known for best Beaches in the World, but we also have great Restaurants, Comedy Clubs, Art Shows, Boutiques, Museums, Botanical Garden, Parks, Bike Trails, Golf, Tennis, and so much more.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage pick up is on Tuesdays. Please take those big garbage bins to the curb. After a pick up please keep them in a garage or on the side of the home
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Be respectful for our neighbours, quiet times from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Anything happens on the property or to yourself is your own responsibility. Leave the property in order when you came.
Please take a thresh to the end of the driveway every Sunday night!

Perfect for our family

We had a lovely time staying here with our family. Plenty of space, beautiful pool, quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, and the host was very responsive with communication. Would stay here again!

The place with beautiful view and privacy.

This was a great place for us to stay. Beautiful view - we loved sitting by the pool and watching the nature. The home is so warm, and the owner has provided everything we could possibly require. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

This was a great trip! The outdoor area was a huge hit with everyone. The place has everything it promised, and within 20-25 minutes of basically anything in the area. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful property for family.

We had four adults and the property was beautiful and spacious. The home was modern and clean and we had everything we needed. The outdoor area was beautiful and spacious. Communication was great and easy, as was access to the property. We would absolutely recommend staying here.

Clean, quiet and relaxing

We were looking for a retreat from tournament play at IMG and Premier Sports. This place was a perfect choice for unwinding after busy days. It’s centrally located to beautiful beaches, grocery, Starbucks and UTC shopping. The house was clean, linens were stocked, the pool was lovely, and there was ample space for relaxing. Would rent again.

Wonderful place for a girls trip or family vacation

Loved this beautiful house it was perfect for a girls reunion. We sat and chatted around pool with coffee and enjoyed walking in the neighborhood. Very peaceful with the pond in back yard. Definitely would return has enough space for a family trip.

Newly renovated and incredibly clean

The home is updated and was perfect for our group! It is incredibly clean and well taken care of. There’s a nice pool and a pretty view of the little creek behind it. The owner responded immediately to all my questions and requests. It was a great stay!

Clean and inviting

We recently stayed at this rental and it was perfect for our family! We loved watching the birds and ducks in the back yard while we swam and loved seeing the airplanes fly over the house. The house was very clean and had everything we needed, including a pack and play and high chair for our baby.

Amazing place with relaxing view

We had a great time for our family of 6, this home couldn’t be better. Whatever you may need is going to be there for you. We fall in love with the view at the backyard from the pool , you can relax. House was implacable, very clean and organized. You have all the gear needed in the garage to go to the beach. Wish we could stay longer and enjoy this paradise for a little while. Host was amazing, perfect communication with us before and during the stay.

Great Family Gathering

This home was booked so that we can come together and have a family gathering. I have families that came in from out of state as well as family that live right here in Sarasota the house was perfect. It was spacious enough. The pool area was delightful for the adults and the children, the scenery was absolutely beautiful and peaceful and we had no issues from the neighbors at all. Everything was perfect! I would definitely suggest renting this house for great family, gatherings, and fun times! The only issue I had was at the initial check-in. The front door code did not work for me so we had to use the garage To enter for the duration of our stay. A did send a message through VRBO to the person representing the house manager, whoever that the code was not working and no one got back to me, but fortunately the garage code was working so we was able to gain access to the house that way, and all was well. Again, great house great atmosphere plenty of space, fully equipped with everything that you may need very clean And very well decor. I’ll give this house a nine out of 10! Family Fun

The Mildew Smell In The Garage

We refused to stay here even one night. When I spoke to the owner, she, of course, thought I was a crackpot and even said, "You are only doing this to get out of it" Not knowing anything about your clients and insulting them showed me what type of company I was dealing with, along with subpar hosts and houses. I immediately went to your competition and booked a $4k stay with them with a receipt available on demand. The credit card company has been notified. We booked this stay because we are having mold remediation done at our house, and my son is dealing with a sinus infection, so I would not endanger my family's health. Everyone but this homeowner in Florida has been tested for mold or mildew at least once. They are in for a shock when their homeowners' insurance will require it very soon..

What makes this property unique

This house, even that has 3 bedrooms, can have 8 guests. We have a sleeping sectional in Den, that opens into Queen size bed. Has 3 TV, non of them in the bedroom.
