Although we are located close to the theme parks my guests are rarely going to the parks. The outside activities, golf events, weekend markets and festivals will keep you busy.

What makes this property unique

Markets, farmers markets all very close. Close to Park Ave Winter Park, FL. Rollins College, Full Sail, UCF. College events, summer classes, graduations.
