Great location and easy check in/out. The condo has everything you will need. Definitely a great price for what you get. Only downfall is it’s on the third floor.

Everything was equipped well for our stay! The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans if you'd like to cook your own food and a 12 cup coffee pot/microwave/toaster. One thing that it didn't have was a blender (many VRBOs don't and I forgot to ask before we came- we would absolutely still stay here again but would bring our blender for smoothies next time). It was well equipped with blankets/extra bedding to make fold out couches more comfortable and many accomodations for families with small children. We also appreciated the fact that there were pre-prepared poolbags with towels designated for the river and such already ready to go. It had a wide variety of DVDs and games which were perfect for families. I highly recommend this property for families traveling to Durango!
The house was perfect for my stay. Plenty of room to set up my remote work station. The patio was a great place to end the day. Close to the National Parks I wanted to visit and the train to Silverton was awesome.
Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view from Balcony. Separate thermostats for bedrooms and living area. Electric fireplace made living room very cozy. Really enjoyed our stay and meet our needs oerfectly
My family and I loved staying here. It felt very homey and was perfect for our family of four. The bunk beds were a plus since we have a teenage boy and a teenage girl. The only reason for the four is the traffic that comes by is loud but that can not be controlled by the owner.
My sister and I stayed the weekend with her kids. The place was clean and conveniently located. It was well stocked and comfortable and just what we needed. Highly recommended.
We came to SW Colorado to do some skiiing at Purgatory, and this vrbo was great! It's a nice midway point if you are planning to spend time in Durango and Purgatory like we did. The kitchen had everything we needed (and some things we forgot). We truly appreciated the little box of hot cocoa after hitting the slopes.
I was running late on time and had to book a last-minute stay in Durango. The condo was budget-friendly and easy for me and my family. Chris was extremely accommodating with check-in and check out, and our stay was very pleasant and without any hiccups.
Good location, between town of Durango and purgatory ski resort.
Good location, about 15 min between town of Durango and purgatory ski resort. Apt was clean but had smoke smell. The kitchen sink drain slowly and garbage disposal didn't work, Minor issue for us. We would rent again because it had plenty of space.
We had a great stay here. We came for a week of skiing at Purgatory. The place had everything we needed and then some. Everything was labeled with either what it was or how to use it and this was the best part. We didn’t have to guess what went where or what something was for. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. It 15 min to town and 15 min to the slopes. You can’t beat that. The people that live there were super nice and the grounds keeper was the kindest. I would highly recommend this place
