AliJay cabin is the perfect home away from home located in the beautiful surroundings of the Blue Ridge mountains. Whether you are looking for an escape from life's busy routine or enjoying a vacation with family and friends, this 1.3 acre retreat will help you get away from it all! Enjoy stunning year-round mountain views while relaxing on either the front or back porch with coffee or drinks in hand. Plenty of wildlife to view from the decks as well. AliJay comes fully stocked with everything you need--linens, soap and shampoo, kitchen furnishings like nice cookware and utensils, condiments, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, crockpot, steamer, waffle maker, outdoor grill and outdoor firepit so that your time in the mountains can be as enjoyable as possible. Best of all enjoy having access to some of the best activities this region has to offer like horseback riding, tubing down the rivers, wine tasting at local vineyards and exploring the hiking trails including the Benton McKaye trail located just outside our front door. Come and experience the stunning natural beauty of the Blue Ridge mountains at AliJay cabin. You will not be disappointed!

Best Mountain View

Everything was comfortable and wonderful. Enjoyed the rockers and glider on the back porch, even during the afternoon / evening rain showers, we stayed dry. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We used it as a base camp for our hiking adventures. Enjoyed this cabin and hope to return!

Fall Break Weekend

The cabin was the perfect peaceful location for our long weekend trip. It was clean and included everything we needed. The view from the back porch was amazing. The weather was just turning cool, so we also enjoyed the fire pit. We were able to easily enjoy lots of activities: the Bigfoot Museum, downtown Blue Ridge and Ellijay, Chateau Meichtry, and Fall Branch Falls. We will definitely consider returning in the future.

Winter Family Trip

This cabin provided a safe and fun place for our family winter break vacation. The cabin was in a great location for accessing hiking trails and Blue Ridge activities. The cabin was clean and had a great fire pit area! I took 1 star off because the driveway down to the cabin is very steep gravel. With a rainy day and the falling leaves, this made for a very slippery incline and we actually had to call a tow truck on our first morning! After that, we parked at the top of the driveway and walked up and down to the cabin. Overall, great experience!

What makes this property unique

The cabin is on 1.3 acres and is very peaceful and quiet. The roads are fully paved to the cabin, although steep and narrow at some points. AliJay is centrally located between Ellijay and Blue Ridge providing you with the best that Blue Ridge has to offer. The Benton McKaye trail is right outside our front door! You will fall in love with the cabin and surrounding area.
